Please advice - routine and progress

Last night after clamping session. I did some ssj. And on the second set while i was doing the ssj and was beyond 100% erection and expension already i kegel and made a grip at my base again at that noment of kegel my D was enlarged.. and then when i regripped i felt something really weird along my shaft that i can't explain. But it was scary. Like my penis was over over erected and filled with blood like someone inserted wood inside my penis. and then something went through all my shaft made my penis to move involuntary (like it moves up and down when i kegel) and then it was released... ahhhhh. I looked and didn't see anything visible. And i could get erection again. But it was really weird and unpleasent expirience. Felt like i lost control over what was going on with my penis at those seconds.
 
It sounds like an involuntary spasm. The closest to that feeling is when you flex your legs or biceps to a point where you get 100% and greater muscle engagements, and a strange spasm occurs because the nerves sends the signal to the brain to relax momentarily. Something like that kind of feeling?
 
Honestly i don't know. Not sure i'm familiar with what you described.
To me intuitively it felt more related to over engorging and trapping blood, something close to an injury that i had lucky not reaching to.

If you believe it's a pre-injury condition, best to provide a 2 days break and ease back in. Spasmatic indicator can be of many things. It can be overloading, overstressing, or overstimulation. Just take everything as a sign of dangers and back up just a bit.

Exactly 💯 if you feel pain or sharp pain it is important to take a break. Know the difference of pain and fatigue. fatigue is what you want so as @oldandlively said back off a bit on intensity. And if you are injured you must take a break. What you want is a healthy, length and girth driven by a proper routine like SRT.
 
Making some progress with girth work.
Got few more mm with clamped expansion(13.2), post expension (12.6-7), and ringed post expension. (13.2)
I might got few more mm also in baseline (11.7) but im not sure yet.
Today's routine:
14min pump up to 10inHG
6x5min python with some squizes
3x5min SSJ.

Regarding length work:
Found working method for taping that avoids blisters for me.
Doing 1 hour extender a day up to 11lbs.
First 20min+ down bundeled at lower (6-7lbs). First 30min with NIR.
Bpfsl seems to be 20.6 now. But honestly don't know if it isn't just change with the way i measure.
No change with BPEL.
ADS all day
 
If you measure the same way all the time, the growth is based on that. Stick with the same measurement method, even if it's a bit skewed or strange from the start.
 
Also do not measure erect length every six months. What you can measure daily is flaccid stretched length after training length. You can also measure girth after workout. These two measurements will show that you are seeing growth so you can make adjustments to your routine.
 
But be sure to measure from the same place every time you measure. For me I measure from the topside from extreme base pushing against the pubic bone to the tip of my penis. Girth I always measure mid shaft.
 
Girth work update:
Decided to try and alternate between girth and length cycles.
Now working only on girth for last 2 weeks. While only wearing ADS during day.
Routine:
10-13min erect pump
5x7min python.
Then 2x5min ssj.
Then 2 rings for 20min.
I also pump 2-3 times a day soft 7-10min to keep the engorgement. On either work or rest day.
Morning measures went up to 12.0-1cm.

Last session
Peak erect clamped expension= 13.6-7cm
Peak erect post session + rings= 13.5cm
Post session expension clean= 12.7cm mid shaft, or slightly more just below glans (but that mainly fluffy skin addition).

Sorry for the late response. The website didn't work.
I started at 10.5cm eg, growed 1cm to 11.5 with SRT 5X5X3. Then it stopped. I introduced clamping. And maybe im about to take additional 0.5cm after 1.5 month or so. As i can see 12.0 even after 36 hours of my girth work. But i don't think it's cemented yet.
 
Just keep training till you have 1/2 inch beyond your goal and you will have cemented your goal size. Everything is looking good and you're really in a good place. I pray God helps you get to where you wanna be

Took 6 days off to let collagen build
Seems like i fixed on 11.9-12.0

Returned today
15min pump up to 9.5inhg. Post pump was 12.7-13.0(depends on location) which was today biggest surprise but maybe fluids.

Then clamping and ssj.
Post session 12.7cm

However got really dark glans today

That is scary but thing to worry about. It should go away in about a week. Until that cut all exercises in half. If it does not go away in a week then I would take another week off.
 
It's not a problem actually. The darkness is merely the blood pressure being trapped on sensitive skin again. Suggestion is to perform C-jelqs forward to the glans, and then C-jelq back to the base of the penis. The redness will subside very quickly. It happens to me as well for the Length Master when I go a bit too crazy.

Im not doing length work for about two months. I focused mainly on girth. Seems like i got few mms gain. But i don't see breakthrough in numbers lately as i was seeing in first month. Even after returning from a week decon.
I wonder if i should return the length work along with the girth work since anyhow i lost the newbie wave in girth clamping. Or maybe i need just the opposite to have more rest. And keep focus on girth which is more critical for me.

PE routines are pure customization after trials and errors. We just have to make sure to find that niche you fall into for your routines. Don't give up just yet. Our brothers who have it even harder on gains still being disciplined with their training to overcome some of the hardest plateau walls.

One week of decon is considered the short decon among the program. Some brothers decon going as long as 1 month to 10 years. Mine was literally 10 years. So, let's refocus. Let's pull all the tools back and line them up. You got LM, MityVac, and MoSRed. Did you also have an extender in the mix? You may have to go this route to overcome a hard tunica tissue development. Some of us naturally have them.

Last thing to consider is constant heat source during your workout. MoS Red is great for 15 minutes, but a heat source is needed throughout the routine. Not sure what you have in term of a direct heat source to provide your tissues a constant temperature during the routine.

Congratulations on the gains. What seems to be the problem with the lengthmaster? It is so valuable that you should find a solution to this so you make the fastest gains.

Awesome. Let's tackle the scenario using the extenders instead, in combination with LM3. Ease into the game as you just come out of the short decon. Let's play the field with:

  • 5 to 15 minutes of MOS Red to activate the cells.
  • Use the LM3 basic exercises to loosen the tissues on the first 10 minutes while keeping the tissues heated not exceeding 4lbs of traction force. You may have to test your strength on this.
  • Remove everything and jelq to get the blood flowing to prevent any discoloration on the glans.
  • Use the LM3 bundled exercises to further loosen the tissues for 10 minutes while keeping the tissues heated, while not exceeding the 5lbs of traction force. Make sure the rotation and pulling force is equal on both sides.

  • Resume the LM3 normal exercises to further loosen the tissues for 10 minutes while keeping the tissues heated, while not exceeding the 5lbs of traction force. Normal exercises can include rotary cranks, left-right-up-down specific angle pulls.

If you're pursuing girth, this is where you insert your girth routine. Keep it light within 15 to 20 minutes.

Extender:
  • Use one of the extenders you feel the most comfortable in. First 2 hours, keep the penis in straight alignment with the extender.
  • Next two hours, or when you take it off for a bit of relaxation or urination, rotate the penis shaft as far to one direction as possible.
  • Following two hours, rotate the other direction.
  • Have at least 1 hour or the rest of the remaining hour wearing it straight.

LOL. Eyes don't need to be closed. Just don't worry too much about looking for every little gain.

That is the biggest mistake we have, measuring too frequently. This will make you desperate for gains and lower your enthusiasm. If we measure too often may make you wanna quit. Measure 1 time every 6 months and you will see incredible growth without all the fear.

Thought about that also might be part of the reason i have such hard time to gain or sometime libido/eq issues.
Also wonder if Zinc deficiency might play a role here for both.. in any case i hope for the best. And will try to address those as my lifestyle.

High LDL can only result in bad eating habit, and excessive drinking of alcohol and/or sugars.

LDL does in fact plays a role in suppressing libido. EQ wise, no, that's mainly your heart and liver. But the thyroid swings can indeed cause libido, but not EQ. I know a few close acquaintance with thyroid issues but their EQ is just as high as teenagers. Let's just say their quite horny when they need to be. Their libido can take drastic swings from being crazy horny dogs to as dead as mummies. EQ remains the same.

Zinc deficits can also be on various level, such as dietary intakes, thyroid swings, alcohol, infections, skin issues, and list can be as long as a short novel. Lifestyle changes can be the first to be evaluated, beside a whole blood work gamut to see if something else may be hidden deep inside your body. It may not be on the list, but liver cirrhosis can also be on the list of missed diagnosis. One close friend's partner suffered this for years and the doctors didn't quite caught it until it was too far in the stages to be of help. How they missed that was beyond me.
 
I have high ldl for many years. Since i stopped eating gluten (bread.. pasta. Etc). My tsh was ranging across the border 3-4.. once it was 5.
At recent blood test morning, well i didn't sleep well. And also was sleeping very late (2-4am) every night while playing call of duty adrenaline game each night for the past months if not more. In addition to lack of activity since i work from home on my pc, and issues of my wife prevented me to leave the house even at evening/night.. i guess a little bit of all.
 
Your wife will not let you leave? Why is that? I have agoraphobia so it is nearly impossible to leave my home so I can relate.

If she's not allowing you to exit the home at night, tell her that nightly exercises and reducing stress can help quite a bit, especially light jogs and resistance exercises. She can join you for some daredevil fun behind the bridge and building fun if she wants. That will reduce both of your stresses off quite fast.

But if you're getting less gluten, your HDL should be rising, not falling. Your LDL should be decreasing as well since it correlate with triglyceride drops. However, LDL can rise if too much total cholesterol is impacted because of the lean eating. This is why fad diets should never be pursued. Just wholesome balanced dietary intakes.

Im eating balanced diet.
I do need to reduce stress and exercise more.
I think my cholesterol is combination of genetics, slugish thyroid, stress, and inactive lifestyle. Will work on all of them. Might take statins for a while and see.
I have dr. apointment next week.

My Brother i pray for you and your wife. Yes agoraphobia is a nightmare and keeps you missing so much life. For me it is one small step in front of the other. I can make it half way up my block so I walk that daily. Unfortunately there is no medication to help with this, yes there is meds for the anxiety but beyond that nothing. Aversion therapy can help but that is not always possible. I pray to Jesus for your love and patience as you work through this. ❤️
