Hi guys,

I added over 1500 grams of bars. I took more than 2 hours in a single session. I noticed on my glans that there is a discoloration on my glans which the color turned to red. I have attached a pics, I hope there is nothing serious.

This looks like simple skin irritation and swelling to me but have you experienced any lingering numbness? There's a foam ring that came with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Did it come with yours? If it did you should definitely be using that as your final layer on the outside of everything else. It will cut down on the irritation greatly.

As for "where you should start" the little lines on the bottom of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] bar near the base will tell you how much pressure you're putting on the springs. You should always have some pressure and work your way up. I mix it up by staying in at a medium tension for most of my session and then finishing a "set" by either adding bars or screwing shit way out. I use the fabric covered latex head grip as my first layer. I am circumcised so I just pull the foreskin back and place wrap the head grip below the head of my dick which holds the foreskin back. I then use the foam ring and I put that on so that it's mostly below the head but enough is above the head that the noose will have plenty of foam coverage. I can stay in that for circa an hour without needing to take it off but it took some getting used to. Let me know if that works for you.
