Which one is the most porwerful?

They would be about the same in intensity but I think it would be cheaper to buy just the X40 and then buy the WV to do the mod

I did not think about the legal aspect but you are probably right. I have no experience with the WV but if the WV is stronger than the hand pump it would be crazy powerful.

The hand pump does seem to have a limit. You can only pump it so much before it will not pump any more. I may mod the X30 once I get the X40 to see how it works
 
The VV does have a limit too, it'll click. And comparing the hand pump and VV, I'd say the click is right around the corner of the limit of the handball pump. Just from my personal experience, that's all ...

I would agree. The Wine-vac delivers a surplus of intensity for most men. The wine-vac is also a huge money saver (about $100).

I always thought the limit/clicking you get with the VV was because of the valve. Does the vv mod using an o-ring and eliminating the valve generate more pressure?
 
Well, I'm in a position where I've been able to try various ways.
I've modded a BM with the Vacu-vin cork, tried the O-ring mod and my consensus is that the "click" point is about the same, with the regular BM valve or the cork fitted on the BM.
Just a personal experience, we're all built a bit different, so this is just how I've experienced the VV mod. The power is more than enough, I've only reached the click point few times! Seriously, take the time and be cautious.

I hear you. I was just curious. I NEVER take the vv mod to its limits. Not with the Bathmate x30 and especially not with the Penomet
 
In my experience, comparing at least X30 and Penomet, Penomet is bigger in diameter and length, so there's some more room to grow and therefore pumping with the VV can be very intense, even if the measured vacuums would be about the same.
I think the gaiter material also has some play in this.

There may be more differences than I can recall at this moment.(Creeping old age!!) Nevertheless, here are a few just off the top of my pointed head.
I have had the Bathmate x30 longer and have worked out most of the self-inflicted problems with its use.
I use the x30 with a comfort pad and the Penomet with a single black gaither. Both are used with the vaccu-vin mod.
There are many more similarities than differences, but you asked for differences.
The Penomet is larger and more difficult to use. It is easier to use if you start with a full blown erection. I can usually get to my max pressure/inflation(never the limit of the device) without
having to restart the x30. The Penomet usually takes 3 or 4 refills b4 I reach max inflation.
The x30 has a much more convoluted valve and is much harder to clean. The x30 w/o a comfort pad is painful in the areas of contact with my abdomen, especially in areas of hernia surgery.
The pad eased that discomfort and with a good lube is easy to use.
The Penomet's black gaither seems softer and less harsh. Probably why the vacuum seems less than the x30. (w/o the mod).
On both I pump 3 or 4 times then add the mod. After 2 to 3 pumps of the vaccu-vin I am where I want with both devices.
The mod is easier to use with the Penomet and it seems as though I could add much more vacuum with the Penomet. However, I have no
desire to injure the only dick I have.


Both devices are quality pumps and with the mod are all anyone would need in a penis pump.

I have The X40 and Goliath models (both VV modded), so I don't see any logic in adding The Penomet since they're so similar

No need at all, they are virtually the same outside of the swappable gaiters but wine-vac makes up the difference as you can control vacuum with that or an Extreme model.
