I bought a penis stretcher, expensive but great investment and from stretching alone I have indeed gained some length and girth however I am still just under 6 inches and I'm trying to get to 7 eventually are there any exercises that I could add to my daily stretching as well as SAFE girth exercises. Horror stories about clamping have scared me off from it for the time being. I have started jelqing but sometimes it doesn't feel like I'm doing right, etc. and currently for jelqing I go through a lot of lotion so I started buying the cheap lotion just so I could have a lot of it.

The best stretching routine to compliment an Extender routine is basic stretching. This routine covers all area of the penis and leaves little room for guessing. It is very basic and easy to do but very powerful non the less.

No problem. I think it is important for anyone who is using and ADS, or even hanging, to consider adding manual stretching to their routine. There is something much different about stretching by hand than any other method. I am not speaking with inexperience either. I gained most of my length from stretching manually. I started with basic stretching and am now on the 5th Phase of the MOS stretching program. The whole time I have experimented with Hanging, ADS and other methods, which were very beneficial, but manual stretching has always given me the best results. I always tell guys to cover all of their bases. If you can afford a ADS, buy it and use it, if you have the time to hang do it, but beyond all, use your time, predominately for manual stretching.
