From experience with other vacuum stretchers ....

I think it's an interesting and elegant/simple design attempt, that's like 20% to 30% too small in diameter,
and like 100% too short in length. If they'd fix that, it'd have a way higher utility. As it is I'd think it'd play hell giving more than 2lbs of pull.

And this is a big deal, being entirely made from an elastomeric material, it's going to stretch away from the penis head in only the direction of the pull ...

(Where a solid design would place vacuum in all directions.)

What that will do is put compression around the sides of the glans at the sealing surfaces (instead of vacuum) and really only put vacuum against the very end at the 'lips'.

So, the majority of the vacuum is placed on a pretty small area at the very tip. Eventually that's going to distort the shape of the head, elongating the shape at just top half and causing occasional splitting of the skin under the 'lips'. (Not bad probably. Like a sunburn peeling away.)
