Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

My current stats are:

BPFL : 4.72 in (12cm)BPEL: 5.7in (14.5 cm)
FL: 3.14 in (8cm)EL : 5in (12.7cm)
FG: 4.01 in (10.2cm)EG: 4.92 in (12.5cm)
My Goals are: 7+ x 6 (any length over 7in by at least 6 in girth.)


My current routine: I just got a bathmate hydromax xtreme (with the pump). I am currently on Day 3 on Chris's from GLL Ultimate newbie bathmate routine (I only inserted link because I want you to know exactly what I'm doing not to promote anything.)

But the TLDR on that link is its a 30 day program that calls for using the bathmate for 3-4x a week (progressively building up time spent from 8min to 15 min within a 30day period.) and jelqing + stretching 2x a week (starting at 10min and progressively building up to 30min over a 30day period.)

The first 2 weeks are flaccid BM work and the last 2 weeks are 70%-80% erect. During the 3 days I have been doing the routine I have felt very comfortable doing the stretches and using the bathmate. PE so far is fun!

Now for the questions.


Just an FYI: I am a complete newbie to PE. I tried to answer all of these questions myself but I could not after searching this forum for about an hour hence, its why I made an account. Sorry if these questions have been asked before but I promised I tried to find them!

1. Is it ok for me to keep on the routine I am on or should I switch to SRT? The answer should be determined by which routine would produce the most gains.

2. I had a read over DLD's SRT theory and I really liked it and I am interested in trying it. However, after purchasing my bathmate hydro extreme I don't want to purchase any expensive equipment for at least the next 6+ months. But, I would be willing to buy the SilliSleeves and the Sillirings at least. Can I still do SRT if I just had those 2 + my bathmate?

3. I read that using the right routine + bathmate extreme would produce gains up to 30% in 6 months. Is that a reasonable expectation? Specifically in my case that would mean a 1.5 in length gain and 1.5 in girth gain. Is that really possible? If not then what is a reasonable expectation?

4. Is it too soon for me to use the bathmate? I feel like Im getting along with it just fine and I am using it with no pain red dots or anything. If it is too soon i would begrudgingly stop for a while if it meant getting more gains.

5. How long would I use the SiliRings after a bathmate session? I did some searching around but only made an account after I couldn't find a definite answer to this question haha. I figured out that I can use the Silirings in 30 min increments, but how long should I do that after a bathmate session?

6. What is the difference between SiliSleevV2 and SilliPro? I should be wearing these anytime Im not wearing my SilliRings correct? And is going commando still recommended if I am wearing sleeves? Or can I wear underwear as long as I have sleeves on. Asking because I really hate how jeans feel on my ass commando haha. Any recommended underwear?

7. I know DLD recommends using the bathmate for 5x5x3. Does that routine produce more girth + length gains then using the bathmate for a single session of 15 min(not using the bm for 15 min yet just asking)? And Is there any progression on that routine or is it static?

8. Is all of the SRT theory stickied to the top of that this thread? There are many pages of comments and Im wondering if more theory lies in there somewhere. Additionally many of the links in that thread are a bit confusing as they lead to a product or 404s. For example when I click on bundled stretching its a 404 and when I click on jelqs it takes me to a product page, but I was expected to be taken to a tutorial page. Am i even viewing the most recent version of SRT or is that link an old one?
