Certainly suitable for many uses. Silicone as a cockring material overall is pretty much ideal. There are certain TPR-material rings which are OK, but so much low quality stuff is out there.

Few Brothers even seem to be "replacing" wraps with the sleeve, it certainly is much easier to put on, at least in theory, I'll know from experience soon.

When used in synergy with other methods such as hanging, intense stretching etc the extenders have more to 'play' with so to speak, because they are now keeping a penis that is fatigued, and worked out, in a extended state for X amount of time to increase cell growth, which gives more size.
