Welcome to the Brotherhood, @BigIke, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.

Hi @DLD & @arkailija,

Thanks for the warm welcome! I am currently taking Prozac and other meds that are having a huge impact on my EQ and I am looking to mainly grow in length. I am 5.0 inches EL and 5.25 inches EG. My BPEL is 6.0 inches. I want to get to 8.5 inches EL. My goal is to lose body fat while doing PE so that I can do as a side gig out her in the Palm Springs area in California. On Craigslist, they are always looking for men with 8.5+ EL.

Cool idea @BigIke !
Definitely go for the Newbie routine if you haven't done PE prior to this day. If you have done something, it's a good idea to check the shop, certain tools could help in the process.

There's the body building, health and fitness forum right here, have a look! :)
Make a progress log to keep your head and body in the game more efficiently.
I wish for the best of gains to you, work on them!

You know it’s funny is that the reason I got into PE was because of Prozac and how it affected my erections. When I first learned about PE I didn’t believe too much but what I did believe in was that the penis could get harder with better blood-flow. it certainly fixed my impotence issue as within a week or two I was getting the best erections of my life. Then soon after that, about six months soon, I did my first measurement and I have gained 2 inches in length and a half inch in Geror. I guess I don’t have to tell you that I was ecstatic and that’s when I decided to dedicate my work life to PE and the brotherhood. I have advice for you as far as medication goes. Wellbutrin is much better than Prozac and it causes no erectile dysfunction. This is what I taking this works for me great.

@DLD Thanks for the advice on the medication! My doctor prescribed me Edex to balance out my ED, but I have to inject my penis with an insulin need; no fun (loudlycrying)! How often do you guys recommend taking measurements, @arkailija @REDZULU2003 ? I notice that PE seems very similar to regular body building in that it is easy for people to get body dysmorphia and always see themselves as being smaller, no matter how big they are. LOL. I have a very addictive personality, but I rather have a healthy hobby like PE and exercising than drinking and doing drugs. I am going to begin the beginner routine tomorrow since it is the start of a new month and I already purchased many of the products on this website, just waiting for them to arrive!

Yes, PE is very healthy hobby! :) As is exercising as well, a damn fine combination to a better you.

One can measure temporary gains few sessions apart, to see that there's some difference.
But I would hold the ruler and tape down for a moment, I said 3 months in the chat.
Measuring too often can cause anxiety and sometimes the changes don't seem to be happening even though there's a big storm inside of you doing stuff.

Enjoy the ride and I look forward to your gains! As long as you remain consistent, something is bound to happen.

That addictive quality you have I have it also and I have learned to use it to the best of my ability. Are used to be a Heroin addict and a drunk, I kept that habit very well LOL so today I take those same qualities of addiction and use them for the good. I’m so glad you have that type of perspective because it’s going to help you make the gains you want to meet.

I emailed my psychiatrist as soon as I read this message. He said that Wellbutrin doesn't cause ED problems, but it will worsen my PTSD symptoms such as the anxiety attacks that I have. @DLD thanks for the advice anyway. I am always open to trying new things.

Once every 3 months is best

Maybe he can add a medication on top of the Wellbutin so you can take it and get the benefits without all the negative crap, you may want to ask. I take quite the cocktail but it works perfect.

Wellbutrin
Klonipine
Serequel
Lamictal

These have changed my life completely

Cool. I will talk to him. I am also taking Klonopine. That's a big reason that I can't drink alcohol, but luckily I had made the conscious decision to quit drinking about 6 months before I was prescribed that medication.

Yes I had to quit drinking I only drink two glasses of wine now a day. Clonopin is a lifesaver for me. It gives me that because I need before getting crazy thoughts. Everything I’m taking works in concert together to make me the best I can be. And this took more than 14 years to get right. I really hope that we can work together and figuring this stuff out and helping other people who are looking on.

@DLD thank you so much! I have been getting upset because I am still having nightmares and I have not recovered as quickly as I hoped, it still has not even been a full year yet since I was shot. The people closest to me are afraid that I am losing my mind and going crazy and want me to stop taking the meds, but the meds are actually helping me from being even crazier than I am. It is good to have a reference point of 14 years to remind me that this is a marathon and not a sprint. I also quit drinking all caffeinated drinks. Soda is just bad for health and I was addicted to Redbull, but I felt that caffeine counter-acted against my meds. So I only drink coffee once a month and that is enough to keep me satisfied.

It doesn’t have to be a marathon when you reach out for help as you have done. For me I would’ve gotten better many years earlier if I was willing to take a medication that would eventually destroy my creativity. But became to the point of what’s more important my creativity or my life so I chose life. I have been learning to be creative without being manic and this is a challenge but the reward is greater because it actually feels like I’m working for it. I will talk to your doctor about the medications I listed and see if that something that might help you. Much of my help comes from God. I put my trust in God completely and I ask for the things I need to help me. I will pray for you and I know things are gonna get better.

@DLD Thanks again! I definitely developed a much closer relationship with God through this whole ordeal and have been praying for the strength to overcome any obstacle and for a full recovery.

And God hears you and he loves you so much! So many people miss out on the unbelievable joy and freedom found in our Lord Jesus Christ. I could not go a minute without Jesus! So keep me in your prayers as I always keep you in my prayers. PS Your meme game is weak?
