Welcome to the Brotherhood, @AbbeyNormal, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

How big are you now and how big do you wanna get? We’re here to help make it happen. If you need help with anything, just ask.
 
thank you for responding Abbey! You just made a very big step in introducing yourself and now it’s time to start making your penis as big as you want. I suggest you start by creating a a Progress log where you’ll give us all of your starting measurements, your goals, your routine or questions about a routine. From there we can help you by checking in daily to make sure everything’s going well.
 
I actualy started P.E back in october 2018. When i bought a penile traction device. I used it on average 4 hours a day for 2 month's. Do to work and renovation and moving in to a new hous i slacked off. I am now getting back to it. When i had started it i was 6 inches erect length and 4.75 inches erect girth. I havent measured since. I have also incorporated a pump into my routine.

Identical size to me when I started. What do you plan on using for a routine or have you not decided yet? Have a look through SRT and the newbie workout and between these two links jot down a routine that you think will be effective and post it in your progress thread. From there we can critique your routine and give you advice on where it should change and what might be missing, etc.

I have not thought about it but i will have a look and seet somthing up. I will appreciate any advice. Thanks

Thanks for taking my vice I really appreciate it and let me know the outcome. Like I said look through them and if you have any questions don’t be shy there are no stupid questions. Sometimes I get stupid answers LOL but there’s never stupid questions.
