Welcome to the Brotherhood, @7to9, I am @DLD. I encourage you to get involved and start making gains by reading through these two important threads, The Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine. The goal is to create a routine, If you need help in writing a routine let me know.

Once you decide upon a routine, start a Routine and Process Log stating all your beginning measurements, your goals, your routine and any other information. This is what we encourage new members to do.

Hey there, well as the profile name suggests I want to go from 7 to 9 inches in length. I have been doing PE on and off for years, I started at 7 inches bpel and am now at 7 7/8 bpel. My mseg is 5 3/8 and I am shooting for 6 inches. Those gains were made through jelqing and now I'm trying out hanging. I've finally decided to get serious about this and am also using traction wrapping to help. Any advice is more than welcome and I look forward to learning from the community.

Sounds quite attainable. You've already made some gains and therefore know that you can gain. :)

I suggest making a progress log and sharing your current routine or idea of a routine, from that it'll be easier to help you along in this journey.
What kind of hanger set up do you have? If you haven't tried Slow Squash Jelqs (SSJ) yet, please do. Fantastic girth expansion!

My hanging rig is homemade from a pipe hanger and some chain, as far as my routine goes I started by hanging 5 pounds for three 20 minute sets spread over the day and am now up to 10 pounds for three 30 minute sets spread over the day. I do keep I close eye on circulation due to the prolonged set length. I just started traction wrapping yesterday with an ace wrist wrap, basically I stay wrapped at all times with the exception of time hanging and showering and restroom breaks. I've been hesitant to add in girth work while focusing on length for fear of some form of overtraining, do you feel it would be complimentary however?
 
Some do think that it's best to work length before girth, so in a way your sets seem fine to me.
I'll let others chime in. If there is no big pain, erections are good etc., then keep on doing what you do. :)
You could give girth training a try once in a while to see how you react.
It's good you're being cautious, it's always easier to add force than to take it down.
 
Thank you, i never feel any pain from the hanging thankfully and EQ seems to be improving drastically which came as a big surprise. I'll have to look into the ssj and give them a try.

I tried out the SSJ last night and that was definitely the highest quality expansion I've ever had, are these normally done daily? I can definitely see some great girth gains coming in the future from these.
 
If you feel fine doing them daily, go for it! Some men might go for one day of length, one day of girth. Keeping things fresh but still routine like is the best combination.
Personally I might do SSJ's every other day when I pump. Been slacking with my routines, but I'll get the momemtum back!
 
I did 30 minutes of them last night but might go for the 5x5x3 I've seen mentioned here and make use of my bathmate. Every other day sounds like a good routine for me also, EQ seems to die with daily girth work. I know what you mean I slacked for a few years lol.
 
Welcome and I’m so happy you came out and introduced yourself! Now you see how much support you get when you do come out. You have been given an excellent advice so I will put it into action. I encourage you to study SRT even further to understand and grasp the methodology of the healing and gaining portions of that work out.
 
Just started the implementation of srt on my girth work yesterday and I already notice an improvement, temporary gains seem to have held much better the next day. I wish I would have came here sooner.

SRT is the fastest way to make gains. I’m so happy that you found the 5×5×3 routine as nothing brings the thickness of SRT. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. If you need any help writing your routine let me know. I’m so happy you’re using a SRT as now you’ll see gains at lightning speed.

Right now I'm doing the 5x5x3 every evening follow by wearing a cock ring to stay at maximum size, I then take it off before spending time with my woman (she's loving the results lol) and then I go to sleep. When I wake up I do a few ssj then reapply the ring, over the course of the day at work I do a few ssj every time I use the restroom then I put the ring back on. Does this sound optimal or am I missing out on some opportunities for gains?

If you’re going to go for a straight person routine and then I will do the 5×5×3 twice a day, once in the morning and once at night. Be sure to use the cock ring after to keep that pump going as long as possible. I think that as simple as it sounds it’s going to be the most powerful way to go and it will be very simple for you to follow. So I suggest you give that a try. The 3 things I would add to this routine are the Testical Health Massage and Stretch as that will help with a heavier hanging flaccid penis. I also would like to see you do a set of Bundled stretches before each work out for five minutes. Finally make sure you get in your Kegels so your penis can hold more blood as it gets larger.

So the routine with me laid out like this

Kegel Routine

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Testical Health Massage and Stretch

Testicle Health

With favorite lotion grab your scrotum just above your testicles. Now in a rubbing motion massage each testy for 30 seconds rubbing between your fingers in a gentle but firm movement. Now massage all the fluid around your testicles for 60 seconds. At this point your scrotum should be very relaxed. Finally lightly stretch your scrotum downward while the other hand pulls your penis upward. Do 60 of these. This is a very quick routine but the benefits are great. This will also aid you in any kind of early warning signs of testicular problems.

My only other question at this point is why is it that whenever I do girth work after time off I get excellent expansion (first time doing 5x5x3 a couple days ago I got 1" expansion) but if I'm consistent training girth for several days in a row my expansion is less (only .5" last night). The final girth usually ends around 6" either way though. Thank you for taking the time to answer all these questions, it's not very common that someone as well known as yourself takes time to help the little guy lol no pun intended

Hey Big Guy, glad to help you ? The expansion will vary from session to session you find days when you’re get to 1 inch and other days not so much. As long as you’re getting expansion past your normal size you’re making gains happen, and they are being made permanent. Your going to do great with this routine, I just know it.❤️
