Hey I Have an extender and have been losing blood circulation after about an hour in it and read that people use a vlc tugger to prevent blood flow from being cut off I really want to buy one but I have a circumsized penis and little foreskin however I can force my glans into my foreskin to cover the head of my penis I can barely do that so I was wondering if I should invest in the vlc tugger?
