Just eat healthy. Veganism is healthy just make sure to combine all the necessary proteins for complete proteins. I don't know about increasing testosterone levels sorry.

It's tricky to do unguided. You're Likely to leave out a lot of needed nutrients and end up malnourished in the long term. If you can't work with either a very knowledgeable person who has been guided by a licensed nutritionist, or a licensed nutritionist, I would not suggest it.

And, no it will be more likely to lower your testosterone. Plants like soy contain phytoestrogen.

That's a myth. Very old myth actually, I'm surprised people still believe in that. Phytoestrogen are not estrogen and have no impact on the human body. Milk and dairy on the other hand has REAL estrogen in it, you guys need to stay away from that shit.

OP, if you want to try a vegan diet I recommend you to consider and try a Starchivore diet (google it). The bulk of the calories in this diet comes from carbohydrates, mostly bread, corn, potatoes, rice and an addition of fresh fruits and vegetables. No dairy, meat, oils, eggs etc. I love this diet, I'm skinny and healthy and eat great amounts of food and feel satisfied. Just give it a try.
