I googled male edge and it looks like an extender? It will definitely work but you have to be consistent just like any PE program. Get in as much time as you can every day and find how to wear it comfortably.

I bought one a couple of months ago. Ita my first and only extender so far so I have nothing to compare it with. It feels kind of flimsy and "plastic". I need to wrap behind the glans for it to stay put and its Impossible to wear under clothes (but maybe they all are). It's probably better than the other ones I Found in europe since it was the mot expensive though.

I would recommend the Size Genetics if you are looking for an extender, many of us here at MOS can speak from experience about the quality and effectiveness of that device.
