Tired of striking out...time to work

Measuring once in 6 months is what I normally do.

Every 3 to 6 months. The only time you should measure sooner is checking your post girth size to make sure that you’re seeing expansion and it’s good to measure once every couple weeks your flaccid, bone stretched length to be sure that your length routine is profitable. But official measurements should be done every 3 to 6 months.

I'm sticking with the beginner routine with the hydromax. I hang so low and im much thicker after my sessions. The ssj really help and I'm trying to build up slowly to the hardcore stretches as well. I'm taking vigrxplus and it helps me stay strong while pumping. I'm also adding whey protein to my diet, so i can get the amino acids i heard that could help. So doing that thus far with edging every other day, i can't wait until my fist measurement. I realize it's a marathon and not a race. Can't wait to up date guys✌

Why measure within one month? Wait until 3 months before measuring.
 
IMO, your eyes can see far better than incrimental painted lines. Don't rush to measure, as it can demotivate.

Official measurements should be done once every 90 days. The only exception to this is measuring the BPFSL To make sure that your routine is working for length. And after every girth session you should measure what your temporary expansion is so you know if that routine is working. But aside from these two very loose measurements official measurement should only be done once every three months.

I agree with you...not in a ‘mind over matter’ way, but in a deflation of confidence in the program and ones own ability to effect change and to therefore motivate oneself to commit fully. I also agree with Tuffdong...PE should be incorporated into an existing routine, it should then become part of ones life, if one believes it to important. Just like personal hygiene or visiting the gym. If we think of it as normal (which is a huge hurdle), enjoy the process itself, then any gain (and there will be gains!) will be a bonus. Someone also advocated small goals, if indeed goals are needed (most people do like to see progress if they see the road as difficult or if it impinges on what they perceive to be the ‘normal/important/necessary/enjoyable’ parts of their lives - and I can understand that it is a huge commitment of time, something that is very precious especially as we get older and have families or careers or businesses etc) and these are a good idea if the mindset/paradigm cannot be changed to incorporate PE into the ‘normal/important/necessary/enjoyable’ parts of their lives.

Going back to this being enjoyable and important, I think it was either Filmfreak or LevelUp (LevelUp I think but both threads are great.) that said that PE should incorporate mindfulness or be done with mindfulness and I couldn’t agree more. Mindfulness should be adopted in all parts of life. I think PE can be both an important, integral part of life and an escape from it when one is needed (like a hobby or other sources of ‘flow’ - those things that provide a balance of difficulty, achievement and satisfaction, e.g. religion, an engrossing hobby, artistic pursuits or study.). I aim to make it both but first I need to accept it as normal...even if others around me don’t!

I’d go further than what Tuffdong said about it being part of the routine, as the items mentioned as routine were maybe just socially or physically necessary and are not really good for the soul such as a good hobby or interest, such as PE could be - although he clearly already believes that it is much more than this and advocates it with his practices and progress log and was seemingly suggesting it might work as motivation for someone else if just added to every day ablutions.

Everyone is different and what might work for one might not work for another. Whilst I’d like to gain, the destination isn’t too important to me at that point. It’s the journey that counts and I’m enjoying it. After all, time is precious.

This is knowledge you can’t get a college so I don’t mind the long post. We live in a world today where everything is 1,000,000 miles an hour, everybody wants everything instantly! Memes have become more important than writing an actual article. People don’t want to read they want to just glance at a MEME and think they know it all. Well memes,gifs and all that imagery is becoming a quite powerful mean for cyberexpression people using those smilies,and so many other cartoonish little images that can be used instead of words n replace words in so many ways, could this be the beginning of a new pseudo language...hope not what do you think about this?

Hi everybody I'm a 31 yr old black male. I always kinda felt insecure about my size bc being black you're expected to be big in this society i guess. My measurements on a good day is 7.2×4.5. It wasn't until a situation that occurred with a co worker over a yr ago that damaged my pride. I was seeing this girl and i liked her but, as soon as we got intimate she pushed me away after. I knew why and i wasn't dumb. Come to find out later she started fucking our supervisor who was married with kids LOL. She didn't give af. Fast forward there's this new women I'm talking to, so I've started my journey for what feels like the 100th time. I'm currently using the bathmate xtreme 40 and I'm going to follow the 5x3 routine. Also I'm taking some vigrxplus and some other supplements for more bloodflow. I started pumping yesterday but, I'm making today my first official day. Wish me luck i will be keeping weekly tabs on my progress.

Have you ever had other girls decline you over your girth specifically? It seems odd cuz visually a 7+ inch dick looks quite nice.
Are you really tall so maybe not everything looks proportionate?

I was talking the lightning about this and explaining how people just cannot read any longer. They want things immediately and they don’t want to have to do much to get them. The basis of my study is on I will be coming more educated because of this or are we going backwards? Egyptian being the first real language written, their entire language is emojis LOL I think you’ll enjoy the article when I finish it.
 
But they had to evolve, nowadays Arabic countries have a beautiful written language.n they have absolutely nothing to do with emojis do they?..Most of the modern"creations" could be influenced by all those Egyptian emojis. As you mentioned above.

I want to gain 2 inches in length and 2 inches in girth. So basically from 7.2x4.5 to 9.2x6.5. A 7.2 length isn't much ifor you girth is skinny af LOL So hopefully with the routine ssj and hardcore stretches i can see some pretty goods by this time next year.
a 2 inch gain in length is very possible but the 2 inch gain in girth which is permanent is probably not that is a massive increase
