I'm a 22 year old, 5'7" Asian guy living in London. I've only had one girlfriend who ended up leaving me for another guy, although it was partially my fault. She was a bit of a size queen, however she denied this. I knew from the way she would speak about my dick that she was a sizeist. She would say things like "you have a small dick" while she is joking but then later say "I'm joking you're a good size". It's shit like this that made me insecure and not want to have sex with her and women in general. Ultimately she left for another guy, although there were other reasons too which I may discuss in a separate post.

After me and her broke up I lost a lot of my confidence because I was already punching above my own weight by having her as my girlfriend. I'm a sexy guy for an Asian LOL I'm just overweight right now so attracting girls isn't an issue. I'm not being vain, just who the hell would wake up and say they're ugly? Anyways my current weight and small dick means there is a barrier between me and women which I want to desperately break. Almost all of my friends are black and I automatically get put on the bench because of the stereotypes about Asians, which are also mostly targeted at Oriental Asians; I'm South Asian albeit I look mixed (good genetics I guess).

Note: I masturbate and watch ���� a lot, so my EQ isn't very high. I don't get morning wood or rock solid boners. It's probably 5/10 at best.

Questions

1) What is the best way to stop watching ���� and beating this dick off? I'm scared ���� has damaged my penis and brain because I nut too quick, don't find women I see attractive even though they probably are etc.
2) What are some threads a beginner looking to make gains, particularly length gains, should look at? Links would be much appreciated.
3) Devices. I've read about Bathmate and Penomet for pumping, and SizeGenetics and Phallosan forte for extending. Between both types which one is the better device?
4) When is it a good idea to start using these devices? After the beginners routine or when a plateau is reached?
5) Do permanent Bathmate gains disappear after prolonged periods of no pumping?*

Pumpy D states "I’m on year 2 of using my Bathmate, and have experimented with time on and off to see how long results stay. I don't have alot of experience but I do know some thing that may help you.
1) I've the same problem as you and it's messing with my measurements. The way I quit was to occupy myself with something else. For example I usually call a friend and we play some video games together. I will just try to occupy myself the whole day and after some time the desire for ���� has gone down quite much. I would recommend to do something you like, for me it was playing games.

2) I would recommend the newbie forum which has great information. http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?43-Penis-Enlargement-Newbie-Forum there you can found some routines to follow and also tutorials on how to jelq and so on. Once you got the hang of it you can start looking in the other threads.

6) I followed the dvd:s beginner routine(phase 1) and made amazing gains. Nearly one inch, sadly I'am having trouble with the EQ so I have a hard time to keep track of my gains.

3-5) I don't really have a clue. I am just using my hands now and are planning to try them out later.

I think you meant the reverse here right? :)

@Leo, thanks for the reply. I'll look into the routine and will give it a go. How long were your phase one sessions and how long would you say it took for you to gain almost an inch? What was your PE routine like (2 days on 1 day off etc).

It's hard for me to occupy myself because a lot of my friends live far from me and there's not a great deal I can do on my own. I watch anime a lot or listen to music most of my free time. It's just whenever I'm on the laptop I type in those 4 cursed letters :( How many try's did it take before you could conquer ���� and/or masturbation? This is my 2nd attempt in the last 2 years.

I think stopping is a lot to handle at once. Moderation is best and in this moderation look for more innocent ways to excite yourself. ���� is like any drug, it is addictive and progressive but when we have discipline with ourselves and limit our time and the content it gets easier and easier to deal with. Praying to God helps me also, asking for the strength to avoid to bad inclinations.

You can start right away if you desire, starting manual or with equipment makes little difference to a newbie, it is all about learning to use them correctly and implementing them into your routine. Using the SRT Routine it lays it all out for you and how to incorporate equipment and manual exercise into your routine.

A permanent gain is forever. Once temporary gains have been made over time the soon become permanent. This is called cementing gains and it is an ongoing process. You will always have temporary gains and you will always be cementing them as you get bigger an bigger.

As I started above the Newbie Routine and the SRT Routine.
 
I love the word Size Queen. Anyway, you've come to the right place. As DLD said, and also what I will say: Use ���� as your friend, not your enemy for when it comes to girth exercises. Also cut down on Anime and Video Games bit by bit and use that time to practice new PE stuff you've learned. Just like HIIT training, you can simply do 20 or more focused minutes and you will see gains every few days. Then next year you can sex test your chick :p

I did PE everyday for a month and the session lasted about 10-50 minutes. I never take any day off, can't stand the though of not gaining.

It took alot of tries for me and sometimes I still find me failing and masturbating. But if you just decide for something and go 100% in it it will work.

1) Just stop watching it. Do something else instead. ���� isn't that great.
2) DLD's Newbie routine will get you started
3) You don't need devices yet. When it comes that time though, any of those choices would be fine. It's about personal preference.
4) Some people never use the devices. If you've moved to an advanced routine and stop growing, then you might need them. Until then, they're just a boost to get you there quicker.
5) I've heard several reports of pumping not being permanent, but the more you condition your penis to stay in a larger state, the better your chances are of keeping your gains.
6) Once again, DLD's first routine.
