Hi everybody I'm a 31 yr old black male. I always kinda felt insecure about my size bc being black you're expected to be big in this society i guess. My measurements on a good day is 7.2×4.5. It wasn't until a situation that occurred with a co worker over a yr ago that damaged my pride. I was seeing this girl and i liked her but, as soon as we got intimate she pushed me away after. I knew why and i wasn't dumb. Come to find out later she started fucking our supervisor who was married with kids LOL. She didn't give af. Fast forward there's this new women I'm talking to, so I've started my journey for what feels like the 100th time. I'm currently using the bathmate xtreme 40 and I'm going to follow the 5x3 routine. Also I'm taking some vigrxplus and some other supplements for more bloodflow. I started pumping yesterday but, I'm making today my first official day. Wish me luck i will be keeping weekly tabs on my progress.

Welcome @Coolcash88!
7.2" and she's pushing you away? :O Definitely couldn't have been because of your length.
I see you already got the Bathmate for girth gains, just make sure you're not going to intense in the beginning, because the Bathmate can easily cause red dots and discoloration as lots of people said if you're going directly all-in with it instead of slowing increasing the intensity.

As I can say so far, don't decide to do PE because of the girls, do it because you want to improve yourself and see it as benefit :)
If you're always going on/off/on/off because of current girls, it could make you depressed later if you find your dream woman in a few years who could take 8x6 and would love it, but you stopped PE because your gf before was happy with it and didn't care, even thought when you aren't happy with it and have such thoughts, which can also kill your self-confidence which could kill your attraction for the other gender.
Also try to make it a habit, don't exhaust yourself, stick to the basics and I'd recommend you the Newbie Routine combined with your Bathmate workout --> https://mattersofsize.com/topic/dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.1717/

For supplements, don't buy any expensive PE pills who want to rip you off and are just filled with basic natural poweders!
Just stick to things like Arginin, Maca, Ginko biloba.

Thanks for the advice i do appreciate it. I'd being lying if i said part of the reason wasn't for women but another part is just for me. I've pumped on in off over the years with penomet but never stuck with it. It's no more excuses for me. I woke up this morning and still had some temp gains from yesterday so that's pretty good. One of my main inspirations was Kingsnake and all of his wild stories. I can't wait to get started on this journey and thanks for the advice i appreciate the support.

We all know that from life man, most people are on/off with the most habits, that's why we try to keep us motivated in the forum if people have some bad days, it's human brother.
As said, it's definitely also a cool benefit that the girls will love a bigger dick, but you need to program yourself that you're doing it for yourself, in that way it's much easier to build a habit :)

You already live up to the stereotype with a well-above average starting length. That doesn't matter though. You will find what works for you. Start will a conditioning (newbie) routine...

Kingsnake does have good size, however he did not work for it. Look to the gainers for inspiration and motivation. ..

Blessings. ...

According to me, you already have an above average dick. Might need to work on girth.
Please tell what size do you want for your dick. This would help us to help you further in your progress.

With that said
Happy PE :)

I want to gain 2 inches in length and 2 inches in girth. So basically from 7.2x4.5 to 9.2x6.5. A 7.2 length isn't much ifor you girth is skinny af lol So hopefully with the routine ssj and hardcore stretches i can see some pretty goods by this time next year.

Do yourself a favor.... DON'T SET A GOAL. Do this in the same fashion as your daily SSS (shit,shower,shave).....

For most of us, the goal is the fuel we need. What's your reason for saying he shouldn't set a goal?

I think he meant more that @Coolcash88 shouldn't measure everyday and more see it as daily habit then the gains will come anyways.
Because lots of newbies, as far from what I read here have wrong intentions or goals. They measure after a few weeks and then ask why they haven't gained 0.5"/1" and maybe become depressed.

I'm the opinion with both of you, don't measure so often and see it as daily habit, but also have a goal or at least do something like that which you can check every now and then: https://mattersofsize.com/topic/view-your-penis-size-goal-with-paper.41064
Instead of one goal with the thread above, I've done something like a template. My current size + 7", 8", 9" and drawed it on the paper. So I can actually see the size gain from time to time and how far I'm away :)

I got your point. Personally, I have come to realize that setting a particular time frame to make gains can weaken me a bit when the time is reached and the desired gains didn't come as much as expected. I have decided to stop setting time frames to get to my goal. I will just keep training until I get there.

I think that's exactly what @TuffDong meant and the correct way :) Not focusing on numbers too much, also maybe not focusing on a specific size too much. Lots of people writing about dream goal sizes of 10", 11" or more. I wouldn't focus on that, either having an attitude that the goal is to grow from measurement to measurement every few months because that all sums up!
If people set the bars to high, what newbies often do, their mind could trick them and make them stop very fast if they are not gaining very fast, I think that's why some people recommend not setting goals. But as we are all individual, some like to set goals in numbers, some just have the goal to keep going and increasing every measurement or every few months and some maybe even stay away from measuring and just compare it with items LOL

Most of the top gainers set goals. Setting a particular time frame to get to that goal is where I have a problem. I have a goal of 9X7 and I will surely get there but setting a particular time to get there is wrong.

Just train daily like you are brushing your teeth daily. That's the plan.

Raising the bar?? Sounds like a job for James Cameron. ...
