Currently I am very busy + I am living with roommates so I can spend only 5 minutes on pe but I can have it let's say 2-3 times a day. So 5 minutes each time and at total 15 min break into 3 set's of 5 min. What so you suggest me to do if i want to see some gains ? 3x 5 min jelqing + some compressions in between would be a good idea ?
