Hey guys, do you use oil for the SSJ? I do, but it takes some extra time because I clean myself after each jelq set. Because I heard you don’t want any oil inside the pump. It could cause problems with the pump, right? Or is it only for Bathmate? How about the mityvac?

I do leave some oil around where the pubic hairs grow though for better pump-grip

Go dry with the SSJ much more control and no mess to clean up. No need for lube on the pubic hairs either.
 
I tried to make Girth program (SRT 5x5x3). After the first filling, a lot of lymph appeared. Apparently this is due to the fact that I don't use the pump much.

Also, after slow squash jalk, a subcutaneous ring appeared in the middle of the penis. Apparently it's because of the loads. The exercise is very strong, I wish I had used it before. Now my erection is enough to squeeze for 10-30 seconds.

I can honestly tell y’all, that DLD’s 5x5x3 routine here is CRAZY good. I have employed this, to a tee the last few days, and I’m telling you, this really gets the whip maxed out! It makes my whip so much more sensitive as well. Might just be me? I didn’t want to measure this early from my start, but wanted to after this sesh. BPFSL was right at 7”. BPEL is about the same as well. The EG is really what I want to smash. I’m right at 4.75-ish. That NEEDS work. But I’ll get to 6” EG goal with time and determination. The pic is attached. Yes, I use Avocado oil as lube. Just my preference and it moisturizes the whip. I can ONLY imagine what the end result will be after this first year of dedication and consistent work. I’ll take 1/2” in permanent EL length, but I’m really going to strive for the girth! Appreciate ALL the feedback and especially support and wisdom from DLD!!!! Much thanks!

While doing slow jelq, do wee need 100%erection or 70% erection ??

With 100% erection..it mite hurt vessels

That's about right. I train at maybe 90. Always start at 100 but always immediately subsidies to 90

How do you prevent injury when pumping? i heard water retention, bruising is very common. some people say not to go to 100% erection in pump when new to it
 
You should always start out slow but the goal should be to become as erect as possible when pumping especially if doing the 5x5x3. The ssj will deal with water retention.

When I'm using the Bathmate pumps, I use baby oil between pump sessions/reps, for jelqing. I even lubricate the rubber part (agains your body) and the inside of the pump somewhat. So my penis will slide inside the pump, since my penis doesn't go straight down in the pump. It mostly wants to push itself against the pump walls.

Yes I know Bathmate are saying that you should not use oil with their pumps. But the oil makes it easier for me, and it doesn't hurt as much. Since I do not use the comfort inserts. If you use oil without alcohol. I don't understand how it would be bad for your pump.

I think you are fine, the way you do it.
I only wash away the access oil after another pump session. I want my penis to be slippery when going into the pump.

Hey DLD, about this routine, how do you warm before starting it?


Do you do the traditional warm cloth 5-10 mins warm up, or can you warm up by edging for 10 mins?

Also performing the routine, do you warm down then throw the cock ring on or put the cock ring on for about 30 mins at a time and after cock ring session warm down?
