The Importance of Jelq

Lately I have been doing a lot of research and I have been reading very old posts and theories regarding PE. For some time now I have been struggling with erection quality. Often times, I would notice my erect length would not be as long as it was, or it should be. I was clueless. I would push a little harder with my LM, and i would pump a little more with my Bathmate, yet the result was the same. I then came across a very old post. The post elaborated further on the Tunica and the Corpus Cavernosus. The post wrote on how those two parts of the penis are similar to a bicycle tire. The tunica is like the tire, and the Corpus Cavernosus is like the tube within the tire that is filled with air. Now if you get a big tire, but not a big enough tube, or enough air, the ture willl not fill up to it max capacity. and if the tire is to small, the tire will be very stiff but not increase in size.

Now if you notice you aren't making sustained growth or you have hit a plateau or your erection quality has decreased you need to ask yourself, "how hard are my erections on a scale from 1-10?" 1 being very bad and 10 being rock hard. If your erection quality is over 8, your limiting factor is the tunica, and if your erection quality is below that, your limiting factor is the corpus cavernosus. The way you can work on the tunica is with stretching, erect stretching and bundled stretching. The way you can work on the corpus cavernosus is through girth work such as jelqing. For me personally, I had to be brutally honest with myself. My erection quality was a 6/10. I was spending most of my time chasing my length goal, so my routines were focused on mostly length work. I had stopped jelqing and in its place, i began pumping. After realizing my low erection quality, i focused on the corpus cavernosus. I maintained my length work out, and my pumping session, but what I have added, are doing 600 jelqs everyday after my length work. In a weeks time i have seen my erection quality increase to a 9, my flaccid hang is much better, my erections look better, and are much harder. Always pay attention to you dick, and even if you have a pump, always jelq. if you combine pumping and jelqing, you will not only see girth gains, but length gains as well.

for those who see a dip in their erection quality due to fatigue and using a LM, i would recommend doing 400+ jelqs.

Good post, I'd say mine was a 6/10 but over time have always neglected the jelq, trying my hardest to incorporate them at the moment

My EQ got better (way...... better)

But...... isn't 400 is a lot?
 
I always hated jeqling, i still do. Having the right hardness was always hard for me. I always hated the mess of it, although u can do dry jeqls but I hate those too. Kegel though too helps a lot with eq.

Yea for some reason can't do many dry jelpqs, ain't happening, is there any benefit dry over not dry?

It all depends on how much your dick is conditioned

I think we both discovered this to be true, at the same time. I have always known about jelqing right from my early PE days some 10 years ago, but I never placed any emphasis or importance to it due to conflicting theories and opinions all over the PE community. However, 3 weeks ago in my quest for length gains, I started jelqing again after reading about it's potential to produce length gains somewhere on this forum. Needless to say not only has my EQ gone totally bonkers, my flacid hang has improved tremendously, and also notice slight erect length gains. Currently doing 400 too. 200 in the morning, after hanging and 200 before bed time. Going to keep doing it and see where it leads
 
I have always gone at 100% erect and I settle into about 90 to 95% erect. If you look into my study below you will gain a great understanding of why I practice this method.

 
How much blood should be in my penis when I jelq?

I always jelq at 100% erection. However one thing must be stressed use a very good form lubrication to avoid hurting the skin due to friction. I find vitamin E oil mixed with water does the job for me....Vitamin E oil is great on the skin too.
 
Damn must be hard to keep 100%, after a bathmate session my little soldier is knackered lol
 
Tried to get to 275 jelqs this morning...couldn’t go any further. Starting easy I guess
 
I've read so much about jeqling, I just hate it so much. It's mostly keeping the erection level good. I usually am to hard all the time. Secondly it's sorta messy. I've jeql before ofc, I used Vaseline, yes it held up, but messy! I've never tried vitamin e oil, or anything else. There's so many lubes to choose from, that also annoys me. Idk which to get! There's like 15 oils to choose from everywhere so to many choices
