What is your current girth and is your 7.25" BPEL or EL? Also the BM is more of a girth oriented tool.
Also realistically what is your end goal? The x30 will get you support you size wise up to 8x6, the next step up from there will be the x40.
 
Thanks eb75. 7.2 is bpel but I already bought the xx40. You think thats to big? Should I return n get the 30? Haven't used yet

Nah, just pick up a wine-vac and modify it. You will get plenty of vacuum and expansion and you will not have to buy another pump in the future.
 
Dld I got the extreme x40, do I still need the wine vac or does the extreme do same as the wine vac?
 
I am not DLD, but ... Considering you got the Extreme X40, with the hand ball pump, you don't need Wine-vac! The ball can get you to the same intensity. Good choice, happy pumping!

Just don't go too hard in the beginning. If you haven't pumped before and X40 is your first venture; use the pressure you can get from the pump with just the pushing movement. Get used to that first and then start using the ball.
Hard to recommend a set time when to, but not knowing your history, I'd say just ease into pumping in 1-3 months. Sounds like a lot I guess; listen to your body. Big enlargement just doesn't happen overnight ...
