Read a blurb elsewhere on the net that mentioned rubbing testosterone cream on your cock while pumping will give big gains. Opinions?
 
Unfortunately no, the receptors that are responsible for penis growth stop responding after like 18-21 years of age. Women on the other hand can grow their clits at almost any age.

Good response. I think the penis can grow into the mid-late twenties.
