I'm uncertain, should I be feeling a mild "burn-tingle" at the base of my penis when I am stretching? :s

Is that the ligs tearing or do I have a problem?
 
That's the ligs most likely. It's a good sign...shows that you are using enough intensity in your stretching...

That´s right. Try and feel the difference between the burning sensation (skin) and sore feeling (ligs). It´s hard to put in words, but you can experiment pulling only skin to identify that.
 
Ive actually pulled really hard n ive herd something pop at the base wuts that all about??
 
The sensation feels as though it is below the skin. :s

I only feel it while I am stretching. It is most noticable when pulling straight out or down. I once had a similar feeling in my left knee, after a football injury.

Other than the "sensation" everything seems fine. Nevertheless, I think I'll lay off of stretching for a few days. >:(

I had one of those pops a week ago. It didn't hurt, but freaked me out a little.
 
yeah same here it didnt hurt at all but anyways wut stretching routines are you guys doing??
 
I've been stretching(standard type pull) in all directions, 12 to 15 minutes worth, daily.

I don't think you should stop stretching becouse of this. You need to ride that "fatigue" in your ligs as long as possible for better gains. There is a difference between soreness and pain. Soreness=good, pain=bad.

lig pops are common. Do a search for that, there's plenty of info. Nothing to be scared of.
 
Yesterday, the sensation started at about 7 minutes into the workout. I stoped at the 10 minute mark.

Today, it started at the 10.5 minute mark. I stopped at 11 minutes.

I'll use it as a stop sign, until it goes away. :s

I have been backing off, just enough to avoid soreness. I'll try pushing it, a bit more.

That is called a 'ligament pop' It is nothing to be worried about! It is just a sign that you have worked your penis VERY well during your session :)

So the "lig pops" are a good thing? Are there stretches that target them directly, other than the normal "pull in all directions" kind?
