When I'm doing the stretching exercises with the "ok" hand symbol, because I have a foreskin the head of my penis slips underneath the foreskin and that is all I end up grabbing for the stretch, essentially making the stretch useless because I'm only gripping skin.

What do guys with foreskins do? Do I have to retract my foreskin first when doing the exercises? Because that's a little uncomfortable for me because when the head is exposed it's more tender, especially around the base of the head.

Or should I just grip extra hard and make sure I have a good grip on my head?

I have no idea, anyone have any suggestions?
 
I would try some latex gloves and some baby powder to get a better grip on the head. And ye, pull it back before you stretch.

You should not be gripping the gland. What you want to do is, pull the skin back and grip
about an inch from the gland. Over time you will get use to it and thus more easy and comfortable.
 
defo pull the skin back before stretching. i find a get a better grip when the head is dry and has just a little blood in it. when its damp and/or is completely flaccid i cant get a good grip and it is generaly alot harder to pull without it slipping.

That is it and it gives a great anchor point.
