Strange Ligament Stretch

I had the weirdest feeling when doing my manual stretches today... while stretching straight out and to the right working the left sided ligaments, I literally felt the twinge of the ligament running all the way back under my balls along the left side of my taint, almost to my left butt cheek it felt like! This was just so weird. It wasn't an intense pain or anything, just one of those weird feelings you get when touching a unique spot on yourself or something like that. It's hard to explain and I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if it could be a good thing?? My manuals have gotten very intense.
