I agree -- you older guys should start posting more. Last month I posted some pics for the first time after being on MOS for over a year. I participated some but never posted pics. I am glad that I did. It was really good for my ego and I've received good feedback and some PMs for advice. I could have posted it in this forum but didn't because they belong in the pics forum. I am trying really hard to slow down the aging process to stay healthy for a longer period of time. I was working out at the gym today and one of the trainers thought I was 42. I am 11 years older.
