Has this ever happened to anyone? I was on my last set of stretches (I do the 12 newbie stretches for just 1x40 each) and got a small sting in my glans. I warm up really good and even stretch in front of a heater and know I'm not squeezing to hard. I also grip like an inch below the glans to help prevent from getting the red spots. There's no discoloration or any signs of an injury or anything it just slightly stings, like a small cut or something. It's still barely there hours after my session but it is still annoying. I'm gonna take off stretching for the rest of the week and just jelq and edge cause that doesn't bother it at all.

I had something like that from using an extender. It was mild nerve damage. But it came and went, it wasn't constant-it would feel like I got jabbed with a pin in the glans.
It went away after about 3 days.

That happens to me occasionally, like a tiny brush burn. I have ALWAYS assumed that is just what it is. It always goes away within 24 hours. Happens rarely but it does happen. Dry skin can make this happen (or hand) best to moisturize prior to training. This means moisturizing hands and penis. Be sure to use a water based moisturizer so the water evaporates and does not become too slippery to stretch with. An oil based moisturizer will make things very slippery. I also highly recommend you use you use hydrocortisone Cream, will be available here soon. This can be used 3 times a week and it will reduce many aliments including itching, spotting, stretch marks, supple skin, etc.

Thanks for the replies guys. It's been about 24 hours and the "pain" is noticeably better and almost gone. I'm glad I wasn't the only one! DLD, I bought cortizone but it only contains 1% hydrocortisone so I figured that wasn't the same thing. I would def like to get pure hydrocortisone if that's ever possible. I put on some moisturizing lotion yesterday and today and I think that has helped. I'm sure it'll be fully gone in another day or two.
