So I took the plunge and ordered the Bathmate last week, I ordered through DLD's sig and as yet I haven't received the thing, the website has conflicting information on delivery times so I was wondering how other peoples experience has been with whole process. Today marks the 8th day and as yet it still hasn't been sent out, this makes me :(

I can't see why it would take this long to send the thing out!
 
I would expect it today or tomorrow. Usually they come in 5-7 days but with the holiday I am sure there is a delay.

Dear sir,

I know there are stocking issues in the UK now because of shortage of Clear units and the front sticker for the Bathmate Unit. The company who makes the stickers went bust and too many units where sold before a new party could be sourced to print the new stickers. This issue should be over this week and all warehouses around the world re-stocked with all the rainbow spectrum of the Bathmate.

Anyone wishing to get a refund can contact Julian and he will do so gladly.

thanks Agust, had a feeling it was something like that, just would of been nice to of been sent an email from Bathmate, as it states in there terms and conditions. guess there overwhelmed.
 
i ordered mine on june 21 !! still waiting. I'm not very pleased about it but i guess i understand whats going on. I have tried to put my order number into the status page and it tells me that there are no orders matching that number.
 
Dispatch arrived at my house after I reported my things stolen. They were quite prompt.

Thanks to Julian R my order is being shipped out. Appreciate all the help from people in this thread too.

How do you know that already he shipped it to you?

Julian R. told me the same thing but he did not provide me tracking number and the company of shipment and without this information I can´t track my package.

How I know that my unit was already shipped like the first time?

I don´t have a new order ID and my re-shipment it doesn´t appear in my order status.

I could wait an answer from Julian but I do not know how many time I need to wait for a response.

You need to be patient! This was just sorted yesterday and you need to wait. I can't check on something that has already been dealt with.
 
2 weeks today since order and it still hasn't been sent out, poor service :(

Not really, I don't think it's unreasonable to be a bit pissed when you order something and after 2 weeks it still hasn't been sent, let alone recieved! I'm in the UK and it's being sent from the UK!
 
Im still waiting too, When he said ASAP i thought it might get here quick, it sucks not knowing if its going to come and having to be up early in case it does come.

Ordered june 24th
