Sore left lig

I've complained about this before, and I got the solid advice of doing rotary cranks to loosen up. I'm gonna keep doing that, but in the meantime:

I have a persistently sore left lig. I thought it was nothing so kept doing stretches and pump but not too intense. The lig has gotten more sore so I'm taking today off, hopefully not tomorrow too.

Good idea or do you usually stretch through it? I can see potential value in that but I feel like eventually it will just become an injury and I'll have to take a longer break. Anyone have similar experiences?
 
To stretch or not to stretch is the question. The answer is to find out if this is soreness and fatigue or is this sharp shooting pain. If it be the prior you can work through it. If it be the latter I would recommend time off as it is a strained ligament. This is rarely the case but it does occur.
 
hello guys, I hope you read my reply here. I have like the same problem but is not a persistent soreness, it comes in different part of the day. The thing is I was doing my basic stretching routine, I've warmed up, and then I did the helicopter shakes and then the stretching routine, I stretched 10 secs while contracting the PC muscle and the I release it and I stretch 10 secs more. The thing was that I avoided the rotary cranks and in the last stretch I feel a soreness in the left side of the base of the penis. I stopped inmediately, the soreness lasted like two days but it was not persistent it is more like a burn. This happened a week ago, but last night I was with a girl and obviously I get an erection and the burn started again. Should I worry? I've read tons of posts and I'm trying to be optimist. Anyways I will take a full month of rest. I hope you DLD read my concern. Stay safe!
 
Nothing to worry about it seems like one side of your ligament is longer than the other and will take some time to even out. Try to favor the side that is causing the most soreness and do it gently. Once we get things straightened out you should not feel this burning or soreness ever again unless you start a new more intense workout
 
thank you so much! What do you mean with favor the sore side? I was thinking to give it time to heal, just to be calm with it . if I give it time to heal even though I don;t favor the sore side will it heal anyways? I'am not thinking in do some stretches in the few days. Again thank you so much DLD!

the side you’re feeling pain on is where the ligament is short so as the pain goes away start a favor that side to lengthen it and this will stop that pain.

How is it going brother? I hope you are healed now? Those gains must be made. Get yourself a length master today.
