So I was anxious to get my SizeGenetics Extender package on January 19th, 2011 and it has been 5 days already. So, I sent them an email and this is what I got.

Thank you for your enquiry.

I can advise that we are currently out of stock of MaleExtra as we are awaiting a delivery from our supplier.

We are hoping to receive a delivery within the first 2 weeks of February.

Once we receive the MaleExtra from our suppliers we will dispatch your full order for you.

So basically I'm not getting this thing towards end of February cus the pills are out? This is a load of bull, I paid for something which I was supposed to get by today, and now I have to wait almost a whole month to receive it?
 
Try contacting the "Sizegenetics" account via the forum, whoever is behind it is much more forthcoming than the email support in my experience ;)
 
That's a negative the said they wont receive the pills on february 14th and basically we wont get it til february 17th the earliest. I said screw the pills send it to me later or whatever I want ky equipment. They said that's not possible, so I cancelled my order. Very frustrating on paying for fast shipping and not receiving it til close of end of february.

Wow they must be selling bigtime to be out of stock. I would still put the order in so you get 1st take of the new stock.

I got my SizeGen and then my MaleExtras 2 weeks later as they were sold out. The SizeGen came instantly, i thought it was great service. It's a shame this happened to you man.

You're doing the right thing getting both. Amazing partnership. It's like mixing terror and danger.

I thought the same thing, why would they hold off on shipping the extender because pills were on backorder? Does not make sense. I sent SizeGenetics a message and I hope he will respond to this.
 
Hopefully he does get back to you soon. I spoke with two different rep, and both said they can't send it separately. I want the extender already :)...

Well, as I sated earlier, I would get my order in so you are at the top of the list for shipping. I have not heard back from SG yet but he will post.

I am sorry for the delayed response.

Due to unprecedented demand the stock of MaleExtra ran out!!!

As a result it had delayed orders going out to customers for which we are very sorry.

GREAT NEWS JUST IN!!!

We are now back in stock and all orders will go out as normal.

Please PM me your original order number, name and zip/postal code and I will get this sent out for you.
