Hey DMoney...
I have been in similar stretches when it seem like I have ZERO private or free time. There are a few things I would recommend.
1. If you can afford it, invest in a Length Master. Once you get your routine down, it is by far the most effective and efficient stretching tool. Pick up some cheap silicone sleeves too.
2. If you can afford it, get yourself a Bathmate (there are a ton of options to fit any size/need now.) Spend that time in the shower every day getting PE work in. Again - effective and efficient.
3. Look into simple leg strapping devices and uncle jim's wrap. There are lots of low cost methods out there as well - tons of threads here on that.
4. If you live in a fairly warm weather environment and can wear loose clothing, I will hang weights under my sweatpants all day sometimes. I use a silicone sleeve with "vertical stacked" weights for a slim profile.
5. Do bundled stretches and helicopters every time you take a piss - even if just a few.
6. Kegel multiple times a day (we can all do that anywhere).
Above all else, get it clear in your mind that this is possible. If you are an affirmation kind of guy, even saying "I have time for PE today"(or whatever works for you) five times each morning and afternoon can help shift your inner dialogue. Sounds corny, but it works for me...
