Several months... Still no gains

Try bone pressed with one hand while erect and with the other stimulate yourself to keep the erection level , if you dont understand tell DLD to explain you i gained like 0.5" in lenght with this.


I know exaxtly what you mean, but I couldn't maintain 30 minutes of erections while stretching. I'll have to give it a shot. I've done them plenty of times before just never 30 minutes of it.
 
No more than an hour. Go through some of the stretches. Many of the Power Assist can be done with PVC pipe. Find a few stretches that you feel good potential in and keep a list. From there you can create a revolving workout that uses different stretches for each session. Keep things fresh and moving. Worry on the girth when you attain that length!

But I want girth more lol. Getting stretched out is normally reported as feeling even better than getting it deep. I'm like 7x5 so I'm straight on both measurements, I just want the extra size because I like black girls and being known as the big dick white boy is never a bad thing ?

I have been in similar stretches when it seem like I have ZERO private or free time. There are a few things I would recommend.

1. If you can afford it, invest in a Length Master. Once you get your routine down, it is by far the most effective and efficient stretching tool. Pick up some cheap silicone sleeves too.

2. If you can afford it, get yourself a Bathmate (there are a ton of options to fit any size/need now.) Spend that time in the shower every day getting PE work in. Again - effective and efficient.

3. Look into simple leg strapping devices and uncle jim's wrap. There are lots of low cost methods out there as well - tons of threads here on that.

4. If you live in a fairly warm weather environment and can wear loose clothing, I will hang weights under my sweatpants all day sometimes. I use a silicone sleeve with "vertical stacked" weights for a slim profile.

5. Do bundled stretches and helicopters every time you take a piss - even if just a few.

6. Kegel multiple times a day (we can all do that anywhere).

Above all else, get it clear in your mind that this is possible. If you are an affirmation kind of guy, even saying "I have time for PE today"(or whatever works for you) five times each morning and afternoon can help shift your inner dialogue. Sounds corny, but it works for me...

I'll keep watching here, and if I come up with some more "time hacks" I will be sure to share them.

With you I suggest to make a routine that’s flexible that allows you to get in the work wherever you can. I would mix up exercises to keep your penis guessing. I would create routines that was also vary in content. This liberal approach will be beneficial to you with how much experience you have. As unorganized as it sounds, once on paper it will make a lot more sense.

I can fit 20 minutes of clamping into my day for sure. Then I guess I'll start taking bathroom breaks until my supervisor gets pissed lol.

I wish I had kept track of how long I've been back at it. Pretty sure it's been more than 3 months. Lately I've been doing an hour of length work then the next day 30 minutes of clamp work. I was hoping it would help give my body time to heal and grow instead of doing everything every day.

Start today. You’ve only been back at it for three months so just start a new progress thread with all of your new information and we’ll take it from there

Shouldn't I have seen some kind of growth by now? 4 months in it seems like most people are getting 1/4" gains. I wish there was some kind of guaranteed routine I could stick with. Right now I do stretches at every angle, v stretch, __________ stretch, bundled stretches, and A stretches for an hour. Then the next day I do 2 sets of clamping for 15 minutes.

But how do you know if you have gained or not if you don’t take measurements. Initial measurements are so vital to knowing if we have gains or not. But it’s never too late just take new measurements today and will work with those.

I did start taking measurements. I didn't at first, but I went ahead and measured not too long after starting while I could tell no growth had come yet.
 
Its psychological, and all hinges on how much you really want it. You can have the best routine, best exercises, best equipment, best supplements, best advice, and indeed if we had thread after thread after thread with picture + video and more proof that guys went from small to huge, it makes ZERO difference, if the person concerned doesn't have the desire for the final goal.

I'm not being harsh, but nowadays people want proof ... okay, we give proof it works, alas MOS has been alive since 2003 for a reason, and DLDs pictures have been around for years showing the gains, including a video.

Your either hungry for this, or your not. Can't be half arsed with this, either your in, or your not.

This my friend, is why the entire male population is not walking around with huge dicks ... its not easy, because of the psychological factor ... our mind can be either the greatest friend, or our demise.

The first thing we need to do is get that 7.2 to 8 inches and let’s get your girth to 5.5. These will be the goal for the next 3 to 6 months. So the gains are easy and managanle. You only need .8 of an inch in length and .4 inches in girth. When you look at it like that it’s so simple and easy to get to. So let’s start with making your goal be in six months and let that goal be a solid 8 inches bone-pressed and 5.5 inches and girth.

You're probably being a badass in your training, I don't think anyone doubts that. The half-assed bit in your case is not measuring and taking pictures.* That doesn't mean you aren't working hard, it means you aren't working smart. You're stretching every day until your hands are too cramped to continue, but all of that could be wasted because you didn't measure and really didn't know if all that work was paying off. Red can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's all he was getting at. :)

Now you've got some measurements, you've shed some light on what's actually going on. You aren't completely blind anymore, and you've got some data to guide you when you put in all that hard work. Good job getting on that fast!

*Btw I would take pictures every time, even if you don't ever intend to share them. Measuring accurately is harder than people think, and most people screw it up laughably. We're measuring tiny changes, too, so there isn't much room for error. Taking pictures will give you the measurements AND give you insight into how good a job you're doing measuring. I've already fixed some problems and made my measuring more uniform in just a couple months because I have those pictures to look at!

Shoot, if I hit 8x5.5 I'd probably be done. It's just a mental thing for me. Every girl I've been with for the last 5 years has squirted, so obviously size isn't necessary. I just want that awe factor. I'm equally interested in flaccid gains just for the buldge lol
