Several months... Still no gains

With my new job, I have 0 privacy and 0 time that I can think of. I just started last Monday, so that might be the end of my pe career for quite some time. The most I might have is an hour. Unless I get lucky and in 2 weeks I'll get to change my schedule which will give me a few hours of alone time.
The only device I've got is a clamp.

What kind of a job is that? How many hours out of 24 do you work?

It's not the job itself, but the fact that now I work the exact same hours as who I live with, so I almost never have the house to myself. At least, I'm not alone enough to have a solid routine. Hopefully in 2 weeks I'll be back to having a few hours in the morning and at night alone.

Maybe start "fishing" or some other hobby where you can do your PE in the car out in nature. :)
 
If you can get one hour in every day that’s plenty of time to make awesome gains. With no equipment I would rock the Newbie Routine. Perhaps in the future you can get a Phallosan which will deal with your length giving you a whole hour to dedicate to girth. I can help you on your purchase too if money is tight.

And there's no way I could spend $339 on a phallosan. I'm damn near on section 8 so that's half a month's rent ??

That Is what I’m saying, if you can’t afford a Falson I would work at a special deal for you to get one at a deep discount. And the new routine is a good place for you to be right now just keep yourself consistent and in the game. So let me see what I can do for you and I’ll get back to you. What’s most important to me is that you make gains and your lack of money should not get in the way of that.

So the beginner routine has been updated since the 600 jelqs and 30 second stretches plus rotaries in every direction?
 
Gaining on PE requires much patience. Its a marathon , not a sprint. Relax and enjoy. But let me be more specific.
For me there are 3 main issues that u may dont gain.

1st. Not enough rest { by this i mean the whole process that ur penis tissues require to recover, this process is so different on ppl to ppl as it comes to biology too, ur physical stape (for example increased blood rate effect by doing jogging or running and some healthy foods helps bring to ur penis the nutrition it needs to heal faster), ur psychology - anxiety, not enough sleep and so on}. PE is like athletics, a good health is required too.

2nd. U may dont do the exercises well

3rd maybe ur penis is not just ready on some intense exercises. A very strong stretch with ur hands till u feel exhausted doesn't mean that u really stretch the tissues*.U must " feel the stretch". A good warm up, keeping anxiety away , trying to relax finding some privacy too will result on relaxing the tissues so u will be able to stretch more without using much effort with ur hands. Just try to stretch slowly till u "feel" the "stretch" u must not feel pain , just a pleasant stretching feeling. Its better to do an efficient little number of stretches feeling the stretch rather do a lot pushing too hard with ur hands. Just as u gain experience u will be able to stretch harder and put more intense routines and exercises, but this has only to do with u and ur penis, we r not all the same. Try to "hear" it and feel it, dont do the exercises like doing a must to do homework, u must enjoy with the exercises and feel good too.

* if ur penis isn't trained enough on PE, by stretching with intense force ur penis has a mechanism to prevent this sudden force by just doing the opposite u are trying to do. (Its the inertia phenomenon too). So u stretch hard and ur penis is trying to keep its initial state so the tissues are not stretched at all.

Just dont rush things , take ur time, relax, keep anxiety away and u will see results.

I've been doing pe off and on for 12 years, so I know how to do things properly for the most part. I could see the overworking being an issue though. Maybe take a decon break then start back with just 30 min of stretching and 15 min of jelqing/girth.
 
This can be an issue dmoney101, we have been doing it for so long we keep the blinkers on.
I for one, have been amazed at the knowledge many less experienced members here have.

Yes that’s correct. Very basic and very simple. I always go back to the newbie routine whenever I come to a plateau or I feel lost. The new B routine gives a great foundation to anyone’s routine. And like you said when things get slow or stop I go back and I rock this routine for a couple of weeks. After a few weeks I suggest incorporating elements from SRT. I would also like you to get the Lengthmaster over the next few months. This will improve your length gains tenfold. And as I said if you have problems of forwarding the Lengthmaster I will do what I can see you can get one.

I did the newbie routine exactly for a few months but didn't see any change. That's when I amped up the routine to the strongest stretches we've got listed on the forum. Hour for length and 30 minutes of jelqs, clamps and other girth.

Hmm.

Maybe try to be super focused go only length for a year.

Or only girth depending on goal.

An hour a day of very serious focused PE for 365days is sure to give results just like if you would suffer from ED for a year the penis would shrink it will grow from that!

I'm about 7x5 so girth was my biggest goal. Girth does the most but length is what shows off most lol.

I have been in similar stretches when it seem like I have ZERO private or free time. There are a few things I would recommend.

1. If you can afford it, invest in a Length Master. Once you get your routine down, it is by far the most effective and efficient stretching tool. Pick up some cheap silicone sleeves too.

2. If you can afford it, get yourself a Bathmate (there are a ton of options to fit any size/need now.) Spend that time in the shower every day getting PE work in. Again - effective and efficient.

3. Look into simple leg strapping devices and uncle jim's wrap. There are lots of low cost methods out there as well - tons of threads here on that.

4. If you live in a fairly warm weather environment and can wear loose clothing, I will hang weights under my sweatpants all day sometimes. I use a silicone sleeve with "vertical stacked" weights for a slim profile.

5. Do bundled stretches and helicopters every time you take a piss - even if just a few.

6. Kegel multiple times a day (we can all do that anywhere).

Above all else, get it clear in your mind that this is possible. If you are an affirmation kind of guy, even saying "I have time for PE today"(or whatever works for you) five times each morning and afternoon can help shift your inner dialogue. Sounds corny, but it works for me...

I'll keep watching here, and if I come up with some more "time hacks" I will be sure to share them.

I like the idea of an exclusive the length workout until you make your final length gains and from that point you can start to gain girth. For some men this just works better this way. I think if you stay super focused on length work you’ll make that goal very quickly. And like I said when you’re ready to grab a LM let me know and I’ll give you best discount possible.

No more than an hour. Go through some of the stretches. Many of the Power Assist can be done with PVC pipe. Find a few stretches that you feel good potential in and keep a list. From there you can create a revolving workout that uses different stretches for each session. Keep things fresh and moving. Worry on the girth when you attain that length!
 
Try bone pressed with one hand while erect and with the other stimulate yourself to keep the erection level , if you dont understand tell DLD to explain you i gained like 0.5" in lenght with this.

 
Time is a big issue for me as well, and it's precisely why I'm going to move to more passive methods (Phallosan) in January at the latest. The reason I'm waiting that long is because MoS and Phallosan are GIVING these products away, and I'm trying to rack up points to win one!
