Some of the skin on the right side of my shaft feels rough and slightly thick. What could this be?

Any replys? Any ideas? Noticed its apperance after doing the uli a few times.

I notice rough areas behind my head when I'm able to stretch consistently. Its just rough because of friction. Lotion usually helps, DLD wrote that he uses itch cream but I have some stuff my dermatologist gave me for rough skin.

It is difficult to say ....
If it is discoloured or sore it could be psoriasis or even eczema which are common skin conditions.
It might even be calluses ?
