Thanks man! So I think to start with this routine :
3-4 min warm-up with rice sock
10 min of jelqinq
20 min x 3 sets of hanging with 2-3 jelq between sets
Stretcher as long as possible , but on the light regime
Do you think it’s fine ? I don’t feel like doing manual work a lot , since I can’t do anything other during it , which is why hanging and stretcher is more preferable for me.
I would say start out this way and see how things work out. Keep a good eye on your expansion after your work out making sure you’re getting good exercise in. I would also check your bone pressed flaccid stretched length once a month to make sure the routine is producing length gains. At that point we can add new exercises, increase the intensity of exercise, introduce new tools, or create a whole new routine.
