Hi,
My body fat is unclear to me but i think its around 14% and i want to reduce it further.
I go to my leisure centre times a week spending an hour weight lifting, then 20 minutes of interval training and then i play an hour and a half of 5-a-side football (soccer) and i do ab workouts everyday.
I try to eat healthily for breakfast with bran etc and have 2 peanut butter sandwiches for lunch and then have carbonara or something for dinner but then after dinner i get hungry and snack on chocolate etc.
Can anyone suggest anything more i can do to reduce body fat percent?
