hey fellow PE brothers how is it going, I have not had a chance to do any kind of PE since around thanksgiving, because of a injury that is just now fully healing, I am also in the process of moving, and more than likely will not be able to get started again till about the end of January, beginning of February, with that being said I was using the LengthMaster, pumping with the bathmate doing the 5x3, along with beginning to hang weights for length, my question is what of this should I incorporate into a new routine, and should I maybe start with a newbie routine, because I am going to be deconditioned. I was also thinking of clamping as well.
 
Glad you are healing up from the injury Bandit. With the equipment you mentioned I would look at the newbie routine and give SRT a read and see which one would work best for you. I have been doing some hanging and am looking to up my game on that and possibly add some clamping into the mix after I do some more homework on it. I would start off slow since you have had a long break and work my way up

I think most do, it just can be so addicting that sometimes we go overboard.
 
I would maybe do the newbie routine for a month, then ramp it up for a month then get fully back into it. I’m a fan of stretching throughout the day. Then you may hang as well and do the bathmate in the evening. All that you were doing sounds pretty intense. Not sure what else you could add other than cock rings or all day stretchers to heal in an elongated state.

SRT is the smartest way to go and if you follow the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) you will never go overboard on the BathMate. You may even be able to get more in depending on how your penis reacts.
