Question On Excercise

Not sure if this exists or even if it does anything.

I stretch my cock straight down. Then I put alot of pressure - with my fingers - on what I believe is the suspensatory ligament. Hold that for about 30-60 seconds. Do a few sets.

Before this exercise:
the ligament feels as though it is pulled tight.

After exercise: (no pushing on ligament)
still tight

After excercise: (pushing on ligament)
the same ligament feels like it has gave way.
I also feel a better stretch upwards afterwards.

anyone help me out?
