Pressure in pump?

Just recently got a pump with a gauge on it, was just wondering what pressure is usually best to pump at, I’ve been pumping around 1-2 years without a gauge and I can handle 0.05 MPa without it being uncomfortable, just wondering if that’s too much, and if I ought to dial it back on the pressure

Congratz on getting a professional pump with a gauge on it brother, very useful to know how much pressure you’re applying and what pressure feels right for you gaining.
