The site updates are complete! Phase 5 is HERE and it does include an alternate POWER ASSIST stretching routine in addition to it's manual counterpart. There are also 28 NEW VIDEOS added to the VIDEO ARCHIVE.

If you are not a member it is a great time to join.

Good vids. Are there any hanging demo vids on the way. I'd really like to see still demonstrate how to hang. There is so much on your site, it really helps to be able to see how things should be done.

JAZ is mad busy these days so as soon as he can do it, I think it is the last of the updates.

Somehow a space or %20 percent is getting added to the url if you click on some videos. Until it gets fixed, just take out the 20% and hit enter.
