Bundling is pretty damn effective there... Should be easy enough to do that while hanging, just twist the LM around and keep a finger on it to keep it from untwisting. Or tape a pen to it or something so it catches against your thigh. Maybe the hangers have clever ideas for this already!

when it comes to doing bundled hanging is it best to sit down or stand up? I saw a video earlier here in the forum with someone sitting down, but I'm typically standing when I'm doing my hanging exercises.

I also at times use the rope we got with our length masters & attached it my hanger & then place it over my shoulder as well.

but I did have a lot of fluid build up in my glands area when I did this. So I'm not sure if over the shoulder standing is the best way to get that stretch.

That’s exactly what the rope is used for and I’m glad that you have figured that out. When the rope is understood it gives you so many other options using the LM.

I'll have to let the hangers weigh in on that. I've never used that method myself, just thinking of ways you could bundle off the top of my head. I'll say it doesn't occur to me that it would make much of a difference to sit down, and that's what I do when I stretch manually. The ADS users are standing up and sitting down all the time throughout their stretching.

You can bundle while hanging but you may need to keep a hand on the hanger so it doesn’t twist back. But I’ll tell you, if you have the Lengthmaster just strap them to a bundle and hold it for five minutes one side and then the other that’s all you need to do for Tunica work. I originally invented the bundle of stretch for simple length work but over time I realized it really affected the Tunica more than anything else and when I was able to pre-stretch my Tunica I was able to make better length and girth gains. Bundle stretching did not become famous until we started to apply it to the Tunica. Today most men know it is vital to do bundle stretching before any length or girth work out.
 
This makes all the sense in the world, I'm curious though for those of us who have length masters what's a good tunica stretch we can use when hanging? I've noticed hanging straight down does a great job on my ligs but not my tunica, I've noticed that the longer I stay extended the more my gains stay & i've noticed a difference.

But I also know that having a good tunica hanging stretch will help as well, as I've been hanging straight down 20-25lbs for 30 min sessions, really intense so I know healing in a extended state would be much better.
I have started to incorporate bundle stretching with my ads silastrecher and while vaccum cup hanging with weights. I mentioned the ads bundle stretching in another thread and thought why not while hanging also. It is intense for me. Which i am new to hanging and am only at 11 lbs over the first three weeks.

Bundled stretching is probably the best thing that we have learned in many years. The ability to pre-stretch the Tunica has made all the difference in the world to many slow and no gainers.

However, the sleeve is silicone, its much easier to get going, and takes no time to learn the method of wrapping.

I use it after intense stretching at night, and sleep with it on. I can get away with that due to resting on my back, and I have noticed my flaccid size is really fuller the next morning with no ill effects.

I'm using the standard size, and that does the trick for me, but when I have used it outside on walks, if its cold, then the penis naturally shrinks, due to the blood circulation, and the tighter sleeve is better in that situation.

Using a sleeve will greatly enhance your penis enlargement sessions in many ways, such as keeping the penis in a larger state post workout, which helps with the healing + growth phase. When used in a pump, it protects the skin from the pressure which often causes problems for men.

It isn't the same in my opinion as an ADS device. ADS can be configured to stretch at different intensities, adjusted more specifically, but it does work along the same lines.

And yes, these work with uncut men .. I'm uncut, its no problem at all :)

My problem is my dick turtles like a snail when "off duty"...It's been a problem my whole life. Same thing with my balls....sometimes they look like, no lie, 2 big limes side by side hanging out but then they shrivel to where they can hardly be seen...scrotum tightens and my balls retract into my body. Anyway...I'm a grower with a chode - 5 in length but 6.25 girth at base (6" girth midshaft) - Flaccid length is terrible...sometimes just the head sticking out . And this occurs in all kinds of circumstances, not just cold weather, etc.

I'd like to think with all this elasticity (me being an extreme grower/shrinker) that I might be a prime candidate & there is a lot of room for PE to work for me. I just started using silicone sleeving to try to train the flaccid state of my dick ..same issue though - It will work for a bit but then my dick shrinks to the point of slipping out of the sleeve, esp. if I sit down or bend over. I'd like to go around with one on but I can't be massaging my dick every few minutes in public/at work to keep it slightly engorged to keep the sleeve doing it's job.

Would the restrictor ring be a possible solution?? How long can you keep it on without risking damage?

Thanks DLD....but, as mentioned, with my shrinkage the sleeves/ACE only work for a very short time unless my dick shrivels and pulls out of them (esp. when sitting or bending). If I massage and get a partial erection then it's ok but I can't do that all day in public or at work (and I work sometimes 10 or 12 hrs) - or even at home with others around. Also, since I'm usually quite retracted flaccid the lazy assed stretches are not going to happen since there is no way for my flaccid dick (or enough of it) to reach and pin between my legs to pull down.

Do you have any input on whether a restrictor ring would help (along with a silisleeve) to prevent shrinkage and slipping out of the sleeving? How long can the restrictor ring be left on without potential risks or issues? Thanks.

I don’t see any risk in this but I would be cautious first time doing it. I would also consider getting yourself an ADS when you can as this will give you both active and passive gaining.

No I don't retract the foreskin for this type of wear.

I like the thicker part towards the glans.

I don't get any slippage, only if it's freezing outside.

Try this if you get slippages.

Put the sleeve on thick end pointing towards glans, and with about 1/4" space beneath the glans with the skin over the head.

Now, pull back the foreskin and use a foreskin silicone ring, which are very cheap on eBay, or use a piece of silisleeve or durosleeve in a small piece, like 1/4" and put that to hold your foreskin in place.

If that ain't tight enough, you can put a piece of thin small cloth to the region, and apply an elastic band. But be cautious with this method for obvious reasons.

This should prevent the slippage, as the foreskin sleeve will catch the shaft sleeve preventing its movement.

of course as a matter of fact it’s a great idea because it’s going to give you so much more comfort which will allow you to use so much more intensity.

I'm still pretty new with manual stretching and being uncut my head is more sensitive. When I stretch with the skin pulled back I grip with an ok under the head and pull. There is some discomfort at the head, is this normal? I feel as if I'm starting to build a tolerance but not sure if this is safe or correct.
