How would I find the correct sizes? When do you know if it’s time to increase to the next size/ when they should be removed to restore blood flow? Is this determined by sensation?

The importance of staying in an extended state after exercise is something people often miss.

Many people work out daily stretching their penis and wonder why they don't gain. Yeah you worked out great for 30 minutes but then your penis retracts to it's normal turtled state and then heals in that retracted state.

As your tissue heals, why not heal in the extended state? Imagine you can perform a session and keep your penis in that extended state throughout the day after your session? Plastic surgeons do this often for skin graphing and its a proven medical procedure by expanding the the patients tissue for weeks to permanently stretch it. So why not do this for your penis?

If your tissue heals in an extended state, you just added more tissue to your penis. The gains will come quickly, it's that simple.

Is this sleeve comparable to ADS device? Like an all day stretcher you put on and maintain elongated size? I can hardly last 2 hour sessions with Penimaster, so something that allows me to extend all without discomfort day long would be godsend. But I'm uncut, will it be a problem?
 
Hey Lightning, I had a note in my Silistretcher bag that the longer sleeves would be on the way shortly. Is there a status update on that? I think I had heard that the sleeves were out of stock for a moment and would be resuming shortly, but I don't remember.
Again, thank you for the replacement silistretcher! I pretty much have not taken it off since I got it!

The sleeve works like the uncle jim wrap method;

n a completely flaccid state, starting at the base, start to wrap . Once you get the first or second wrap you will no longer need to support the base. Now, as you continue to wrap , stretch your flaccid penis as far as you can. With each wrap you will find that your penis will become longer and longer until your final wrap , just below the glans. When properly wrapped your penis will be your erect size (maybe even a bit longer) This was one of my first Penis Enlargement exercises I made up. I used it for months with very good results in my flaccid size. For me, I would rewrap every half hour to ensure good blood flow but after a half hour the stretch was not as solid and this gave me opportunity to tighten it up. You may be able to go longer but I am really paranoid about blood flow to my penis.

However, the sleeve is silicone, its much easier to get going, and takes no time to learn the method of wrapping.

I use it after intense stretching at night, and sleep with it on. I can get away with that due to resting on my back, and I have noticed my flaccid size is really fuller the next morning with no ill effects.

I'm using the standard size, and that does the trick for me, but when I have used it outside on walks, if its cold, then the penis naturally shrinks, due to the blood circulation, and the tighter sleeve is better in that situation.

Using a sleeve will greatly enhance your penis enlargement sessions in many ways, such as keeping the penis in a larger state post workout, which helps with the healing + growth phase. When used in a pump, it protects the skin from the pressure which often causes problems for men.

It isn't the same in my opinion as an ADS device. ADS can be configured to stretch at different intensities, adjusted more specifically, but it does work along the same lines.

And yes, these work with uncut men .. I'm uncut, its no problem at all :)

What bundles are the best to get that have the silisleev?

I have not heard of someone using a SiliSleeve to bundle with, it sounds like a brilliant idea and I’ll have to try it myself but it never came to mind. Give it a shot I’m gonna do the same and see if we can hold a bundle.
 
Thats just the first thing i thought of when i read the first post in this thread. Good for Beginners to cement those Length only work gains, maybe they got a bundle for Length only work (with SiliSleeve included) (hearteyes)

and then obviously vise versa (a mostly) Girth Work Bundle? i dont know :geek:

I’m sure many of you heard people talking about fatigue and riding the fatigue and may have wondered what this means so I thought I would do a quick post explaining it.

The pelvic floor muscles and their strength, development and longevity through Kegels have a lot to do with their ability to achieve the best erections possible. But they also play a big roll in all length work.

With strong pelvic floor muscles, as your penis grows you increase your ability to hold more blood in your erections. Some may notice that when they train in PE their pelvic floor muscles become very weak and they may see weaker erections. When the muscles become too tired or exhausted erections become very difficult, this is fatigue.

There are 2 ways to get to fatigue. The first is as described above, overtraining causing fatigue. The second way is the refractory period after an orgasm. The refractory period mimics fatigue 100% and lasts about 30 minutes on average.

The reason we want to get to a state of fatigue or exhaustion of the pelvic floor muscles is to train length with no interruptions or pull back from the pelvic floor muscles that would otherwise resist the stretch . In these two states the penis is easily stretched with the most effectiveness. This Theory originated in the first DLD Blasters thread in 2003.

This method has always been very effective in DLD Blasters. This theory has long lived true in the Hanging world as well, adopted by Bib early on. As of lately this Theory has become more and more used across the spectrum of PE, manual stretching, power assisted stretching , Lengthmaster work, all forms of Hanging and even in many ADSapplications.

It’s the best time to stretch because there will be absolutely no tug back when you’re pulling your penis from your body. The body’s natural reflex is to pull back and this happens by the way of the pelvic floor muscles that tug back when we start to pull or stretch . When these muscles are exhausted they cannot hold back on the stretch allowing you to make the best length game as possible.

My favorite method to take advantage of this state is to use the SiliStretcher in a passive mode through all states of fatigue. This is greatly explained in the SRT thread.

The biggest issue with fatigue is poor erections. Kind of funny when you think about it ? because best time to gain length is in this state. But I’m sure most men don’t want to be in the state when they’re having sex with her wives.

So as valuable as fatigue is to stretching and hanging to make the best gains in length it does not work so well on those evening you are having sex. So you’ll need to make a schedule that gives you time for training pe and time for sex.

This illustration shows what areas are engaged and active in your pelvic floor muscles when penis is in a flaccid state.

I hope this helped with those who were sure what fatigue is or how we could use this state to our benefit. It is tried and true as it’s the backbone of DLD Blasters.

The original DLD Blasters thread teaching how to pre-exhaust, or bring fatigue through overtraining the pelvic floor muscles.

 
Oh i meant Bundle as in to Buy, like the one below - But for Length Work Only (cwl) \o/Maybe an option to add or subtract the Length Master (since it corrects a curve right?) Not sure i need it.. yet?

I've noticed hanging straight down does a great job on my ligs but not my tunica, I've noticed that the longer I stay extended the more my gains stay & i've noticed a difference.

But I also know that having a good tunica hanging stretch will help as well, as I've been hanging straight down 20-25lbs for 30 min sessions, really intense so I know healing in a extended state would be much better.

The best thing you can do for your tunica aside from bundled stretching is using your length master with the chamber attached and doing upward stretches. The LM is the only thing that will give great stretch to the Tunica.

Bundling is pretty damn effective there... Should be easy enough to do that while hanging, just twist the LM around and keep a finger on it to keep it from untwisting. Or tape a pen to it or something so it catches against your thigh. Maybe the hangers have clever ideas for this already!
