Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

There is no limit to stretch you can go all day long if you want. So I would not worry about being a newbie been working too much in this area. When I first started out I spent like three hours a day stretching. It’s up to you and the way you feel about your own body, so pay attention. If you need any other help please just ask me.

Mmm well we want gains but what is an obsession as term?The control of one's thought by a continuous, powerful idea or feeling,or the idea or feeling itself...

I've bee thinking about it an will start with 1 hour every 12 hours instead of 30 min

I will do my best to do so! I just hope the plastic deformation thing is true!

It was one of my biggest studies so believe me I put the time, work and effort into making sure my knowledge on the Tunica was correct. When something only has 5% elasticity when it’s stretched it will never go back with the original size because of the lack of elasticity. Since it’s 95% dense It makes it impossible to go back to its original size.

I`m a newbie and I`ve been thinking. Is it possible that If I take no days off, no matter how fatigued my penis will be and no matter that I wont be able to achieve erections at all, would this force growth in big amounts?

I mean, I hope this wouldn't destroy or kill my penis, I`ve never done this but have just thought about it conceptually.

So if I were to ignore my eventually fatigued penis and lost abillity to get an erection, and just keep going and going, do you think this would result in massive growth or just a destroyed penis?

BTW, I only do clamping and pumping. My goal is 2 inches more in girth and 1 in length. I wont do length work becasue I know it`ll come from the bathmate naturally.

I never stop training. I hang every day, manual stretch and wear a TLC weighted foreskin device all day. Any chance I get I do manual stretches in the car. At night I always get on the desktop and play a game or watch TV and hang.

Now all I need to figure out how long it takes before plastic deformation happens, its not a week, becasue Ive done my routine now for a week and no growth has happened yet, so maybe a month or so? Do you know anything about how long it takes to get to plastic deformation, (permanent growth) ?
 
Since you`ve read alot on plastic deformation, do you know how long it takes before it occurs?

I wrote an article on this a few years back that I will try to find but it explains elasticity and tissue deformation and how this all affects PE. I’ll see if I can dig it up if I can remember what it was called. It’s an awesome article so I’ll go search right now.
