Overtraining on purpose for maximum gains?

Never a problem my brother it’s what I love to do.
I can`t seem to decide between 30 min or 1 hour session every 12 hours, or maybe first one 1 hour and second 30 min and then 1 hour again. Any ideas on this`?
 
:) I will just have to do my sessions with light to medium pressure, so that I won`t exhaust the penis, ending in me having to take a long break.

It was late night n didn't stretch I realized that having 15 mins stretching sessions is useless... ? ?
 
Have a good 30 and 30 this way you have more contact which will increase the speed of healing and gaining.

Great! Then that`s my target. I`m on to my second session in 2 hours! I am by the way wearing a cockring, I`m gonna try wearing it all day, if not maybe half the day.

@DLD I want to try it now though, its only day 2.. I feel like its a good idea but maybe too soon.
 
There is no limit to stretch you can go all day long if you want. So I would not worry about being a newbie been working too much in this area. When I first started out I spent like three hours a day stretching. It’s up to you and the way you feel about your own body, so pay attention. If you need any other help please just ask me.
