I can`t seem to decide between 30 min or 1 hour session every 12 hours, or maybe first one 1 hour and second 30 min and then 1 hour again. Any ideas on this`?Never a problem my brother it’s what I love to do.

I will just have to do my sessions with light to medium pressure, so that I won`t exhaust the penis, ending in me having to take a long break.

Have a good 30 and 30 this way you have more contact which will increase the speed of healing and gaining.

That's very comforting to hear, I just have to try I out then and find out.There is no limit to stretch you can go all day long if you want. So I would not worry about being a newbie been working too much in this area. When I first started out I spent like three hours a day stretching. It’s up to you and the way you feel about your own body, so pay attention. If you need any other help please just ask me.
