Hi i ordered my Bathmate on 13 Jul 10. Received an email regarding i will received between 15 to 19 jul 10 but still i havent received my product. Fyi, i am from singapore. I m very eager to try Bathmate cos i wanna gain my unit. Hehe.. Umm! Yeah i have email to Bathmate regarding the problem but still no response. This is bad.>:(
 
Have you ever ordered anything else from another country? I ask because some foreign countries, yours for example have much stricter customs inspection check points. I've known men in Australia, or Taiwan who could not seem to get 'unusual' products into their country. Customs would always seem to seize their packages. Bathmate is probably not at fault here. Also, international orders more often than not, take longer than one WEEK to get to another country. I've seen orders take 2-4 weeks. Despite what the company you order from may say. Again, once it leaves THEM, there's no fault on their end. The postal service of who knows how many jurisdictions take over.

I just looked at my calendar, and you have only been waiting 4 business days. Be patient. It would be HIGHLY unusual for any order of any kind to make it from one country to another in UNDER 5 business days.

Bathmate customer service is probably thinking the same things I just typed ;) ''Great, another one of THESE guys in another country expecting an order to show up in under 5 business days....sigh''.
 
International shipments are always tough. As you live in a Muslim state, your customs might have secede the Bathmate OR it is at your post office pending duties. I would check with Post office to see if it is there. Of course, in my understanding, as in Malaysia, Muslim law only cover Muslims, not other religions. Not sure about imports though sir, allthough we have never had problems with those two countries.

PS. Please emails Customer Service (in my signature) your Order ID for further investigation.

I received the email on 22 Jul as below.

Hello Sir.

According to our delivery service your item should have arrived at your post office. can you possibly visit your local post office and enquire about your parcel? if you do not have any luck in doing this, please let us know and we will send again!

And then i telephone all the areas, they will ask for the tracking no. so how? i went to post office also didn't trace.
 
Bathmate sent me a email address with a url link to UPS which had all my shippment info and tracking number. I'm sure if you contact Bathmate they should have a tracking number
 
I would say it has been shipped but the email did not get to you. Where do you live?
 
I'm sorry, but I just do not understand why some people expect others to do everything for them. If I ordered something from another country, the only thing I expect the company I ordered from to do is SHIP the product. After that, they have NO control over what happens to what I ordered. It's up to the mail system. It's also up to the CUSTOMS department of my country. MY job as a CITIZEN of MY country would then be to take some personal responsibility and find out how to call my country's customs department nearest to me and find out if they were holding a package for me. Do I need to pay a tariff, small fee before they release it? Some countries do that. It is not however the job of Bathmate nor Matters of Size to find out for you. Seriously, you took it upon yourself to buy something from another country, man up and find out for yourself what is going on. Sounds like Bathmate has met their obligation as has MOS.

at least there should be a tracking system.

I am very much disappointment with Bathmate customer service. my story listen....

i am currently staying at singapore for 3 months now. i order Bathmate from dld signature on 10 Jul 10 and my cc was deducted from Bathmate. i received that email & then UPL said that they recieved the order. on 11th of jul upl told that order has been received and told hasbeen sent to warehouse and will ship on next business day. On 13 Jul 10, UPL email me that order has been shipped and delivery estimated from 15 Jul - 19 Jul 10 but they forgot to give me the link of royal mail tracking no.

and then after 20th jul 10 i search every post office, telephone went there whether i got my order. negative and then i email upl, Bathmate info email add but no reply.

later then on 24 Jul 10, Bathmate response that your Bathmate has been resend again. On 27 Jul 10, i received email from UPL that my Bathmate has been shipped by royal mail. HERE I CAN FIND THE LINK OF TRACKING NO THROUGH ROYAL MAIL whereas on previous email they haven't provide me the tracking no of royal mail. in my thought they haven't sent my product from Bathmate and they just processed i think.

I WOULD SAY Bathmate COSTUMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR. NEED TO BE LIKE A PRO... AM REALLY DISAPPOINTMENT NO RESPONSE OF EMAIL. WHAT FOR GIVING THE EMAIL IF THEY DONOT RESPONSE WITHIN A WEEK OR SO.. FK UP....
 
Despite your opinion of their customer service, you still do not mention ONCE whether you contacted customs to see if they are holding a package for you. I'm willing to bet they have it. How about contacting them instead of wasting time here and bad mouthing a company with a solid reputation?? I expect a new post with a full apology when customs finally releases your package.

I'm locking this thread until you get off your own butt and contact customs. It's not Bathmates job to micro manage your order until it reaches you.
