Is here also some kind of "Success Thread" in the forum in which the best success stories are listed after multiple months or years of consistent PE? Sadly haven't found something like that so far.
I know that there are lots of journals and logs, but wouldn't it be cool to have a thread in either those success journals are linked or even better that the measurements are summarized with all the measurements they have done and which exercises/routines they mostly focused on?
I'd really love something like that as it would sum it all up very clean and easy to gather some motivation from if people are just starting out or if they are in some plateaus or in some motivational stumbling block.
That’s what the routines and progress section is supposed to inspire, motivation and inspiration, just like the picture section does. The stumbling block in PE is a lack of motivation and that happens when we become complacent in what we are doing, especially being active in the Brotherhood.
You have to have a certain hunger to do what we do to make it successful. We are unique and with very strong determination. I bet most here are in good positions in their jobs or schooling. Most likely very smart, with a high IQ. Most here probably get what they want if they desire it enough!
You're talking about something important here. Lots of you are working out since multiple years, some even since decades. If that isn't crazy willpower and determination, I really don't know what would be else. How many people who are doing something every single day or let's say most of the time or at least 5/2 on/off do we know? If people have such a determination with one thing, they pretty much also succeed in all their others aspects of life. Nice & underrated aspect you're talking about here ?

There is absolutely no way you are going to tell me that Threak-X doesn't have a mental illness. The Threak-X that came back to the forum in the form of Di Ablo is definitely unstable in the head.
