So i've found this forum recently and i couldn't be more thankful.
I started my PE journey 3 months ago, not really knowing much until i found this brotherhood.
I can say that i started PE following DLD routine and advice since 2 weeks now and prior my PE consisted only of weight hanging (added gradually, currently 3,75 pounds)each day for an hour.
I would like your honest opinion on my routine:
I am focused only on lentgh for now, i will work girth once im satisfied with lentgh, my goal is 9 NBEL and currently at 6.7 NBEL.
Morning consist of warming up my ligs stretching in all directions and BTC.
I then do the lentghmaster routine, stretching in all directions as outlined by DLD in 2 weeks routine and BTC with max tension and 360 twist, DLD Blaster in addition.

I attatch a Penis extender immediately for as long as possible while regulary checking for blood circulation and numbness.

I also do kegels whenever i can , and do weights hanging once every two days now.

I then do the same routine at the evening.
at the end i apply rosemary oil to help with the irritation.

Don't know about hanging. The only thing I know is that it's a slow process. I recommend that you transition into manual bundled stretches instead. There is a device that is called LENGTHMASTER 3 you can get when you have exhausted all you can with your hands.

A broomstick or PowerAssist are great tools to get your bundle stretches into the next level.

I see, you had LENGTHMASTER. My suggestion is to follow this progression here below and stick to one exercise at a time.
Max out amount of bundles and intensity in each exercise before you progress to the next exercise.
Abbreviations down below:
DBS (Downward Bundled Stretches).
BTC-BS (Behind The Cheeks-Bundled Stretches).

I recommend this progression:
Start with lengthwork only. If you have time you can do girthwork with SRT 5X5X3 as well. Always do length work before girthwork. Not the other way around. It's hard to stretch when you have, temporary expansion in girth of your penis.

Here are the progression steps:
  1. Newbie routine (watch the: MOS DVD).
  2. Newbie routine, with only bundled stretches.
  3. Newbie routine doing bundled stretches with a fulcrum device (broomstick, Power Assist 2). Transition as fast as you can to these kind of stretches. Here is an example: Broomstick routine. You could also follow the Phases in the MOS DVD.
  4. When newbie gains of ~ 1 Inch have been reached, start using LENGTHMASTER 3. I recommend this device in order for you to, increase the intensity exponentially, in order to not get stuck in plateaus.
  5. If you prefer you can get the LENGTHMASTER 3 immediately, and skip step 1 through 4.
  6. If bundled stretches are mastered in the Newbie routine, progress to DBS with LENGTHMASTER 3. If not bundled stretches are mastered in the Newbie routine, you need to do the newbie routine with LENGTHMASTER 3, before you proceed. Do this newbie bundled routine for ~ 1 month before going to step 7.
  7. Do DBS, and when they are fully exhausted, transition to BTC-BS. Don't transition to fast. Stay on BTC-BS until you have reached your end goal in length. There are many ways to increase the intensity exponentially in BTC-BS. This exercise is the one that will increase your length the fastest, if you have the correct amount of intensity.
This progression above is optimized to increase your length the fastest. There is no other device then LENGTHMASTER 3 that can facilitate these kind of fast gains. Everything has to do with bundled stretches. They are superior to everything else.

Also remember to always apply the healing part of the; SRT - Suppressed-Restricted-Transposition Theory.

If you follow this progression you will gain big.

I see you're using the Length Master to probably hand with, using the detachable Hangmaster plates?

It's good to hang at 5lbs, but you can't just statically hang. Make sure to use that hanging in a dynamic method, such as twisting and fulcrum bending while hanging. Otherwise, rather than hanging for an hour, put that hour into pulling and tugging with the entire Length Master instead.

Ligs warm up and stretches are great. BUT, for the BTC, go straigh to the LENGTHMASTER to have the pull full. This is more productive straight out after warm up. Make sure to provide consistent routine sets either on a 1 day on 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off, or 3 days on 1 day off. Observe for potential growth during the stretches. When you see there is a lot of lengthening from the combo of days on and a day off, use that consistent routine for at least 2 weeks and ride the potential growth.

Great. Keep the penile shaft elongated.

You can do reverse kegal during LENGTHMASTER usages. This is much more productive in getting the blood in. While you're in the penis extender, you can do both kegel and reserve kegel to keep the blood flowing.

I then do the same routine at the evening.

Since you just started out not too long ago, try not to over exert your routines. When you're in the penis extender, you're stressing your penis as it is after the LENGTHMASTER routine (assuming you're doing it in the morning?). If you're only doing the LM + penis extender in the evening for 3 to 5 hours, that's perfectly fine as well as a rookie startout. However, a good combo when you don't have time:

Penis extender all day if you can: 6+ hours.
Night time:
  • LM routines for 1 hour.
  • Penis extender for 3+ hours before you doze off.
  • Use rosemary oil, coconut, or even liquid Vit E to reduce the inflammation/irritation and allow the skin to recover. We also use hydrocortisone ointment to reduce rashes or irritation.
Ask more question if you're uncertain. Create yourself a person log or a person public log here so we can evaluate your needs and growth patterns:

i appreciate the fast reply.
so far i am able to use the lentghmaster at a 360 twist easily, in these 2weeks i've been stretching ferociously.
If i understand correctly, i can skip to the lentghmaster 3 and do bundled stretch using it, and keep the btc bs last and progress into them.

i think i'll drop the weight hanging and focus only on LENGTHMASTER routine, and i do this routine twice a day morning and evening.
I can doLM bundles with a 360 rotation
I tried the 5D BTC BS , it is still a little bit hard for me, do you think i should focus on DS with more intensity before i switch to BTC routine.
i will surely add a log of my progress.

Aim for as many rotations as you can. If 360 is max, then that's good enough. Do max out the rotation where you can't go any further during the rotations, gently of course, to snap the collagen bonds and further loosen the tissues. Do go reverse the equal rotation to prevent muscle tissues from favoring growth in one direction. If you go 360 to 270 degrees in one direction, make sure to perform the same degrees as the other. Never less, never more. This applies to the same amount of sets. One set in one direction, the same set must be in the opposite.

If it's difficult now, DS is perfectly fine. DS in a bundled twists will yield quite more results if BTC cannot be done. I do both personally. DS down and outwards with 720 go 810 degrees twists, reaching close to 900 at times after the tissues warmed up in 20 minutes. The higher the degrees of rotation, DO NOT pull as aggressively since your tissues are at max stressed. Only pull aggressively for those few minutes to truly max out the tissues pliability for max stretches.

Use hanging weights to measure the tension force you are at. I still use hanging weight now and then at the start for 5 minutes, and 20 minutes later for another 5 minutes. Why? To gauge the sensation of when the penis is not fatigued vs when it is after intensive stretches. Your penis may be overly stretched at higher weight tensions without you knowing. As we discussed, too much aggressive stretches can cause the penis to over adapt and reach plateau faster.

Be very mindful of one thing. When we say "go at your max intensity", it doesn't mean being so aggressive that you will suffer excruciating pains. Max intensity for some will be at very low pull weight force, around 5lbs, compared to us a few of us who have been using it for a long while, which can be 50lbs+. Full intensity will have that hard dull feelings of your tissues and ligaments at the base being stressed upon. A sensation that is below painful and slightly above uncomfortable, only for around 5 minutes. The rest of the time, be aggressive until you feel that dull sensation without the pain to further stretch the tissues.

We are here for you. Question every step of the way or when you have any uncertainty. Make things clear as crystal to prevent any confusion.
