Definitely ingrown hairs. Try to shave more. Never pop them let them heal naturally

It can be ingrown hairs, or inflamed hair follicle. It didn't go away. But finely it was gone after many months (I did not stop stretching). Now I have something in my foreskin near my glans. It will probably go away when I end PE (not anytime soon).
