New Routine idea (any good?)

Try this:
Take a bandage and tie it around your balls. This helps so your scrotum skin doesn't get pinched, and stuck in the chamber when you clamp down.

1. Pull back foreskin.
2. THERABAND wind it like a bandage from the base to just under the glans.
I have it in these dimentions:
33cm (13") x 5,5cm (2.2") [Lenght x Width]

You should make sure there are no wrinkles and make sure it's smooth.

3. Bandage, wrap it snugg, so you keep the THERABAND in place. Make sure you got theraband near the base and are sticking out of the bandage. In this way you will reduce friction later on in your bundled stretches.

4. Black tape (~ 31 cm/12" long piece) the one you got with your lengthmaster. Wrap it really tight. I use this to keep everything tight and in place, until I clamp down in the lengthmaster. Some brothers do not need this tape, but I need it.

It can be tricky to get the wrap to work, it took some time for me as well, and it's still not 100% perfect but it works. But do not give up. It's hard with the foreskin, and to get the theraband winding started. Push back and up the "sea" of forskin at your "fat pad", and then you start to wind the THERABAND. In this way you will force the foreskin to stay out of the wrap. It's the reason I use the black tape at end as well.

Take it slow and methodically. Everything should be tight and smooth. This wrap works for me, you may need to modify it for yourself.

When I clamp down in the lengthmaster I have the upper part of the chamber removed. Lay down your penis on the bottom rubber pad, with the wrap sticking a little bit outside (against the base) of the rubber pad (not much).
Take the upper part of the chamber and put it on. Then you push the upper part a little bit down on your penis, then you push forth your glans so it stick out of the wrap. You do this by pushing yourself into the lengthmaster with some pressure on the penis from the upper part of the chamber.

Now you hold one of your hands on your glans/push on it, and make sure no blood is staying there, meanwhile you take the wing nuts and start to clamp down your penis in the chamber. If you clamp down to hard, you may feel a pinching feeling in your penis. So keep the pressure high but not to high. Make sure you clamp down left and right side of the chamber equal amount. You can go back on a wing nut (turn it out again) to adjust this.

It will feel uncomfortable at first in your glans but you will adjust to this feeling. You should start out with clamping down the chamber a little behind your glans.

I hope this information will serve you well in your journey to master your wrapping for the lengthmaster.

im just preparing to order a MityVac but was unsure what size to get
I am 4.6in EG so would i better getting the 1.75” or the 2”

Im debating on if i should wait until i receive and get accustomed to the mityvac before i start attempting my lengthmaster for length work.
 
4.6EG, would love to somehow get to 5.5/6 erect girth so a 1-1.5inch increase would be ideal. Im tryin to work out which mityvic to get between the 1.75” or the 2”.
What about BPEL (Bone Pressed Erect Length)?
 
i’m about 5.3in BPEL and would be more than happy to gain 1inch. Any more would be a bonus.
Don't set those small goals. If you want to get to 8"x6" or 9"x6"? Make a plan and work towards that goal step-by-step, it's the only way to set it up. Don't just wish, decide right now what you want, and then make a plan to get there. You need to dig deep inside yourself to accomplish big things...it's the same in PE.

What's your ultimate goal size?

The ultimate would be 7.5 x 6.5. I will be going guns blazing on girth once i get this Mityvac ordered and then the length work can begin.

my Mityvac has came in the post today! Im going to try it out tonight for first time.

for anyone who has used a Mityvac before, is it fine not to use the sili sleeves and the silicone cylinder? Do i also need to keep the handle and the tubes connected for the full 5mins during each 5 minute session during 5x5x3?

No need for any sleeve or silicone cylinder. Just enter the pump erect. Keep the handle and the tube connected just in case you want to increase pressure.

im used to pumping with hydromax, especially almost every day the last few months. Should i still stick to only the level 5 in the pressure, and do I just pump to 5 once i get into it and then hold it there for 5mins?

I highly recommend the 5x5x3 workout for best results

thats the routine I have been doing, ill just be changing over to the mityvac from tonight onwards.

i was just unsure, do I go upto ‘5 pressure at the start of the 5 mins and then it will hold it there for the 5mins?
