the most common or likely thing for you to do is to start at the newbie form and look at the routine that is in there that is phase one that should get you started and then if you feel that you are gaining lots or no then you can move to other phases or read other threads that people have started that explains what has worked for them and what thay are trying. but really to ask such an open question like that would probably get you flamed to no end.
Just start in the newbie forum and with time work your way up as the rest of us have.
