New affective way to stretch BHC with the lenghtmaster

Hey guys..
Today I accidentally found an awesome, powerful way to stretch BTC with the lenghtmaster hands free!!
DLD has said that this stretch has potentially endless results because it focuses so much in the ligaments. With that being the case it's important for us to take full advantage of this position.
When I discovered the way to do this stretch I was sat on my sofa. I squatted down with my back leaning on the sofa, balancing on the balls of my feet and placing the lenghtmaster under my legs to get into the BTC stretch position. From here I placed the handles of the lenghtmaster under the heels of my feet and began to lower my heels to the floor creating an unbelievable stretch! As I pushed down with my heels I also arched backwards with my back over my sofa to create extra tension in the ligaments.
Hold this stretch for what ever duration you're comfortable with. You will find you can hold this position and watch TV whilst you stretch like I did👍 happy days.

It's awesome Big! Definitely worth trying if you like holding your stretch for a few minutes.

Do you feel that this may be too advanced for some of us rookies or would we just need to use caution with how much tension was used?

I personally think it's fine as long as you dont be sili. The aim of the game is to stretch with enough tension to cause deformation. If you only stretch lightly you are wasting your time. You could apply plenty of force with the lenghtmaster in the BTC position holding the handles but doing with your feet as described gives you the freedom to hold the stretch for much longer periods of time as well as being able to lean back to create an extra stretch which would be hard the traditional way.
If you try it simply ease into it and take your time. If you feel it's a little too much then stop. As always use caution but don't be afraid to stretch.
