No, no sex. Doubtfully, if you even wanted it there you might not even get it or have the opportunity. Unless you go to a shady or rank club. I never heard of anything outside of a HJ/BJ happening in a strip club.
Though, some high-end clubs have VIP where they might do ITC acts, but don't go in w/ that type of mindset that you will get anything because it could frustrate you.

It's really similar to striking up a conversation anywhere else, it's just you already know their motives behind why they're talking to you in the first place.
